A great story and a nice introduction to a new series. And also I love the cover its adorable!

Murder in a Blizzard is a nice prequel. Ruby bought the Moonrise Manor B&B with life insurance money. She’s driving through a blizzard & stops at Clara’s Cafe in Maplewood to warm up. She found a corgi outside & took him into the cafe so he could warm up, too. This is the first book I’ve read by this author & I’ll look for more in this series. I received a free copy of this quick read via BookFunnel & am voluntarily leaving a review.

Not the most detailed of mysteries but still an entertaining story and a nice intro to the series. Love the adorable cover.

I am glad that Ruby stopped at the diner as snowstorm was heading her but, she never expected what she would find as she entered the door.
