"This book discusses leadership principles and a leader's mindset. The truth is, we're all leaders wherever we find in the workplace, at school, with our friends, or with our families. The only difference is how active of a role we take in the way we lead. A chapter that stood out to me in this book deals with LISTENING. Whenever you are talking with anyone (are you talking with them or are you talking to them), it is important to think about what they're saying, and not just think about what you're going to say. You need to know what someone is actually thinking before you can have a good discussion with them.
