I feel this story is going to have lots of twist and turns , the plot is evolving and not sure what around the corner a short book though but will keep reading the series

I liked the book and the characters. The story line didn't sound to believable and it ended just when I started to really get into it.

Carrie & April went on a ladies’ night out to loose themselves and forget the tense life they’re having. But April’s demeanor changed when she checked on her phone and saw her text. Soon Carrie found themselves outside and everything changes right there and then. April life was at stake and it’s up to Carrie to save her.

Blake Anderson, on the other hand, was doing everything he can to stop and arrest Jessup Lee who’s been terrorizing, kidnapping and trafficking women in the country. A new case of abduction involving his niece came upon Blake’s door and now he’s on to the case.

Now I think Blake may be the sexiest detective alive, thanks to JC Coulton’s wildly imaginative description and steamy scenes. Him and Carrie rekindle an old history and their chemistry was palpable. Plus, the heart-stopping action and cliffhanger ending that Carrie & Blake was on to, really had me excited for the next book!

After reading, the reviews on this book I decided get the book for myself. After reading this book, I found myself wondering what going happen next. Not only did this book keep me on my toes with suspense what going happen with April. How Blake is on the case trying figure out what happen to April. Now that he and Carrie have rekindled there past with one, other only gets ready for next book.
