This junior novel is based on the new Disney Frozen animated short, 'Frozen Fever.'
It's Anna's birthday and Elsa and Kristoff are determined to give her the best celebration ever, but Elsa's icy powers may put more than just the party at risk.
I try to express only my most honest opinion in a spoiler-free way. Unfortunately, there is still always a risk of slight spoilers despite my best efforts. If you feel something in my review is a spoiler please let me know. Thank you.
This is a short little read that I had read to my daughter. She loves frozen and adored this little book. She talked to me and even made guesses as to what was happening in the book and what might happen next. It's a sweet story about Elsa trying to throw Anna a great birthday party as it will be her first real birthday party in years. It takes place after the first frozen movie.
Super cute book. Read it over 3 nights of putting the kids to bed. They would listen to me read to them. I kinda wish the pictures were through out the book so we could put the picture to the words. But the story was sweet. I know they made it into a shortclip video. I've seen it on Netflix.
I love a good treasure hunt. I enjoyed the Frozen Fever film and the book was very enjoyable too. I liked the extra flourishes (like the girl asking who's your favourite princess). 3 stars from me, 4.5 for the target audience.
