This was a very helpful workbook to read and learn all about the Vagus Nerve and the Nervous System, Help with Anxiety and have support. The book is well written, easy to read and understand, I loved it and learnt something new. There are some great chapters and awesome information to read - Vagus Nerve 101, Polyvagal Theory, Quick Resets, Emergency Resets, Resets for Headaches, Dizziness, Gut Health, and more.
