Book 2 in the series continues with Chapters 41 - 91, and Aria does everything she can to survive and protect her daughter. I feel invested in the story and these characters, but I keep waiting for something big to happen. Will Aria and Nathan move towards divorce? Will she finally reject him? Will Aria set her family and Sophia straight after everything they have done to her? While there was a moment at the end of book two when the main characters came face to face, I did not get a sense of cliffhanger energy. While I am still invested enough in the characters to continue to the third book in the series, I am somewhat left in limbo waiting for something big to happen. I am giving Alpha’s Regret, Begging My Convict Luna Back Book Two a rating of 4/5 stars.
