I really enjoyed Ellie, Colton, Luke & Jake's story... it didn't have as much spice as you would expect in a why choose book like this... but that's partly because it's on the shorter side of a full length novel & she slept with them all... and then walked away for 5 years... so a bit of a different take (not bad things...just stating facts!)

The 3 men are brothers... Jake has been her best friend & she grew up with all of the boys. It's such a sweet story how they all secretly love each other... and interesting to see how they each have been "fighting it" in different ways (one drank to excess & got a DUI, etc).

I love how they all accepted that even though one of the brothers is the Dad to the surprise baby, they don't let it bother them... I also appreciated her parents & brother accepting their odd relationship. 🤩

Spice level: 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

*why choose/polyamory MFMM
*reverse harem
*hockey romance
*surprise baby
*single Mom
*he's a virgin (one of the brothers)
*HEA
*brother's best friend
*coach's daughter

Thank you to the author (Laylah Snow), publisher & Booksprout for the ARC. All opinions are my own.

My Brother’s Pucking Teammates by Laylah Snow is a sweet, slightly angsty why-choose hockey romance with more heart than heat. Ellie shares one unforgettable night with three brothers — Colton, Luke, and her lifelong best friend Jake — then disappears for five years to raise her daughter before a family tragedy brings her home to face the past.
I loved the emotional depth here. Each brother handled his feelings differently (one even spiraled hard enough to land a DUI), and it was genuinely touching to see how much they secretly loved Ellie — and each other. The surprise baby twist and their acceptance of the unconventional relationship gave the story a warm, found-family vibe that really worked for me.
It’s lighter on spice than you might expect for a why-choose romance, likely because it’s shorter, and some emotional beats move quickly. Still, the writing is engaging, the dynamics are heartfelt, and the HEA is satisfying.
If you’re in the mood for hockey players who fall hard and love harder, this one’s worth the read.

I'm going to keep it 100..I did not like this. I went in thinking that this was a free for all with all those involved being in the know.

I just felt the FMC was uber promiscuous in one night. Like what!? Why? Over a breakup? And I was like okay not everyone has an issue with hunching 3 different people in one night, but brothers???

I ended up skimming through the rest of the book after that.

I thoroughly enjoyed this story about three brothers who love the same woman. Ellie has gone to a fundraiser for the hockey team where her father is the coach and her brother is one of the players. Her best friend Jake is also on the team along with his two brothers Colton and Lucas, Ellie sleeps with all three of them, and then later, discover she’s pregnant, and then leaves to go to Oregon where she raises her daughter for five years until a family tragedy brings her back home again to face her past which then leads to her happily ever after.

I couldn't help but falling in love with Jake, Colton, and Luke. The love they have between each other as brothers, just flew off the pages. You could tell how much they cared and loved Ellie, even before it was said. I couldn't put their story down, I was drawn in from the beginning all the way to the end. And omg, the smarts, sassiness, and sunshine that Lucy, Ellie's daughter, exuded completed this family.

'MY BROTHER’S PUCKING TEAMMATES is a scorching standalone, single mom, why choose hockey romance with an HEA hot enough to melt even the iciest heart.'

The characters were very appealing and likeable and complicated and perfectly steamy together. Plot was intriguing and exciting and well paced. World building was excellent and impressive. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend!

Grab a copy, kick back and enjoy!.

This is a fast paced, slightly angsty why choose romance involving Ellie and three brothers. I loved that relationships between Ellie’s and Jake, Colton and Luke are unique, but don’t take away the relationship between all four. You can feel how much each of them love and care for Ellie.

I loved this story but I felt the ending was rushed and the spice level was a little less than one would expect from a why choose romance.

I love reading anything by Laylah and this book was no different. High angst, drama, secret filled hockey romance. Loved the guys and how different their personalities were and brought them together made for a perfect combination in the relationship. Though I felt the ending was rushed and while we got a HEA it wasn’t the typically really sweet perfect ending like in her other books. However, I still enjoyed this story a lot and can't wait for her next book to come out!.

A steamy hockey reverse harem romance. Ellie returns home when her father has a heart attack. She had left home to work and have her daughter. She runs into her brother's teammates who just happen to be her brother's best friend and his two brothers. She hasn't told them that one of them is father to her daughter. Will friendship rekindled lead to secrets revealed and a HEA?

Her day started great until she found her boyfriend, now ex boyfriend. So she went to the event but it wasn't going to be the same as usual. That night changed everything for her she just didn't know how much. They didn't know about each other just that she was gone. Now that she is back what will come of it. I would love to read more.

Absolutely adored this quick, steamy read. Fell in love with Jake, then Luke, then Colton. Lucy is too cute for her own good and I loved the interactions between her and Luke. I am happy and not at all jealous that she gets these three amazingly sexy book boyfriends 😏

I finished it in one sitting because I couldn’t put it down!!!! Now I need to know is Ezra getting his own story? 👀.

Ellie, Jake, Luke, and Colton have a history of but Ellie left and has a secret. When she returns to their hometown due to an issue with her father, she is faced with needing to tell the others involved in the secret that there is a child. As these four come back together, it is a well paced and entertaining story with just the right amount of angst and heat.

Ellie has known the three Harris brothers (Colton, Luke and Jake) for years as her brother's best friend, and as her dad was their hockey coach. A great sizzling read with fab chemistry, single mom, secrets/not so secret secrets, one night and a whole lot more. Loved it!.

This book had drama, secrets, lots of feels, and spice.
While I wasn't the biggest fan of Ellie, I loved the brothers. Im glad things worked out in the end and the author gives us a great ending!

Loved it

I think out of the three guys, Jake is my favourite. Luke and Colton are great guys and know how to treat a lady but Jake is so cute as well. Loved this book, it has all the feels and all the heat and tension. Next one please Laylah.

I usually like Layla’s book, but not a fan of all 3 brothers not knowing what’s going on, and the disappearing act for 5 years. Not my thing.

Great 📚 BOOK

Spice level 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ (out of 5 🌶️)

This is a 💛M/FMM BOOK 📖

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "If 'Book Hangover' was a medical diagnosis, I’d be in the ICU right now. This story hit every single emotional note with the precision of a world-class orchestra. It has that rare 'vacation magic' where you forget your own name for 300 pages and then wake up at the end feeling like a brand new person. A true 5-star experience is supposed to feel like a high-end holiday for your imagination, and this one delivered a first-class ticket. It has that sense of completion that is so hard to find where every thread is tied, every emotion is earned, and you’re left sitting in silence for twenty minutes after the final period just staring at the wall. It’s that 'magical vacation' vibe where you’re sad it’s over, but you’re so filled with the warmth of the journey that you can’t even be mad at the flight home.
