Her world has rules. Mine never did. And somewhere between stolen moments and whispered plans, I realize this love is bigger than both of us.
I want to protect what we have. I want to be worthy of her. But the closer we get, the more I learn that some truths don’t stay buried—and some hearts don’t stay quiet.
Loving her is easy. Keeping her is the fight.
A slow-burn, enemies-to-lovers college romance series about guilt, growth, and the terrifying beauty of being known. Perfect for readers who crave heartfelt New Adult stories filled with tension, banter, and second chances.
**Over and Over: Falling (Book 2 of the Over and Over Trilogy)** Upcoming: *Over and Over: Belonging (Book 3)*
Hi, I'm Louella (a.k.a. Louie). I write new adult college romance novels that hopefully heal, inspire, and celebrate love built on respect and consent. My stories highlight growth and self‑discovery, showing how romance can be both empowering and deeply comforting.
As an indie author, I believe that love is about security, safety, and protection. My debut novel, Over and Over: Becoming (Book 1), explores the journey of finding oneself and embracing personal growth. I'm currently working on Over and Over: Falling (Book 2), which continues the series by focusing on healthy, consent‑filled relationships.
Beyond writing, I enjoy listening to music, exploring food, and savoring coffee.
By the way, I use em dash in my writing. No, it's not AI. Authorship of all my books belongs to me. Just saying. :)

First off, this book is like a warm blanket and a mug of hot chocolate that keeps you cozy on a breezy, cool night. I felt a rollercoaster of emotions - I laughed, smiled like a fool, felt anxious and sad, and felt giddy, like I was young and in love all over again.
I caught on early about the FMC’s situation, but I’m glad I was wrong about the ending. They’re both 21, so considering their ages, you’ll understand better why they acted the way they did. The book touches on themes of authenticity, unconditional love, acceptance, and chasing dreams. There were others worth noting, but I want this review to remain spoiler-free.
I loved this even more than the first book! Looking forward to Book 3! Well done, Louie!
On a side note, I loved the Cillian Murphy reference. Lol.
I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
The book two I felt so emotional for this as I am reading I've learned a lot from this I am praying may we all found the love that will choose us in every way like Harold and Jane. I am to invested in reading this book. I am reminded of by this story of my husband that no matter how hard life is or how many challenges life will be throwing at us I know we will keep choosing each other for the rest of our life. I will remember this line you are someone who deserves to be right and to be loved. In this world, may you find a man like Harold in this story, who will check on you, keep showing up for you in times of emotional breakdowns, making your days brighter and lighter, and last of all every single details even what's your favorite song he knows it very well.
I binged "Over and Over: Falling" in a few days because I couldn't put it down. The storyline is so engaging and the writing is so beautiful with a depth I really felt. The characters are loveable and realistic. There is drama, humor, and both a lovely happiness and heartbreaking sadness at various points in this unique story. I adore the MMC and MFC so much and am completely invested in their journey. This is book 2 in a series and I look forward to continuing.
•Wow. Now this book 2 definitely exceeded my expectations! Every character in this book shines and had their own moments! I love that each of them had their character development. •Like book 1, this book is also fun and easy to read. You can even read this in one sitting. •Unlike on book 1 where I was annoyed with Harold. Here on book 2, Jane's parents made my blood boil this time. I get about Jane's condition, but they are so strict and controlling, it's getting out of hand. As a parent it is definitely our responsibility to raise a child. It requires our life, all of our love, patience, energy, and even money. For the record, it's not their choice to be born so stop making them feel like it is their fault and they have to make up for all of it. •I also hate that fucking Doctor who feel like Jane owes him herself. It's your fucking choice duh! Stop guilt tripping Jane! •My annoyance with Harold's character had fully subsided. Tho it hasn't fully disappeared because I didn't like that he was always the one who starts an argument between him and Jane but still, he was such a sweet and thoughtful guy. I love that he still fully embraces the softie in him and to be honest I find it cute and even with his soft side, he's still masculine than most men for me because of how he treats Jane. Also, I'm so inlove by how he keep tabs on what's Jane's hobbies and favorites! He really stepped up his game! Wow, Harold, you're the man. •Jane as always was perfect. She also became more brave and slowly starting to fight for what she wants. It was so exciting to know more about Jane as the story grows. •I also love their friendship. Sally accepting Harold's new personality and being friends again with him and also socializing with what she call "the nerds" made me so happy. My favorite part was when all of them went swimming on Harold's house. •I think that Harold was immature on book 1 but here on book 2? I was proven wrong. He was so mature. While the others are busy enjoying things and going from places to places during their school break, he was working his ass off even if he doesn't need to—because of their family business, but he still does it for Jane and in order to prove to her parents that he is reponsible enough to give Jane a secured future she needs without the help of his parents money. •The reference songs is also perfect. Listening to those songs while reading this book made me feel more emotional than ever. I smile, I giggle, I laugh, and I cry with them. •BTW, can we all agree that Clara is the MVP here? Haha •This book shows about fighting for what you want even if it's hard. It also shows how important it is to keep holding on and being there for each other in good and easy times and especially in bad and hard times. •I'm definitely rooting for them and would love to see how their story ends so yeah, I'm absolutely excited for book 3.
The story gets better and better. This Book 2 screams CHANGE.
First, I love the characters' development even more on this second book. I love how Harold really stepped-up his game and poured his heart on the things that he wanted and needed to do. I love how Jane's braveness is manifested here on book two - the act of deciding for herself, the hunger and thirst for change, the eagerness to break the cycle. I love Mike's consistency as a friend, even Marcel - how he lights up the room with his wit. I love Sally's way of accepting the change that is happening around her. I love how the other peeps at the university finally see that changes in Harold's personality is true and genuine. I love Clara's support and understanding. I also love Harold's family being all-out welcoming and supportive. On the other hand, I also understand where Jane's parents are coming, but I think they might need to change on some aspects.
There are certain clues and subtle hints on a major plot twist in this second book that I saw, yet I am really suprised on all the happenings especially on the latter part of the book - those I didn't see coming. I love the author's writing style, if you think you'll figure out what will happen next, you're wrong, my friend. Surprises are everywhere. Honestly speaking, I needed some time to process everything, especially the ending of this book. Got me all emotional.
With this second installment, Falling, I think I felt every emotion possible. I felt happy, sad, hopeful, anxious, and angry.
This series also tackle realistic and sensitive topics such as bullying, knowing one's rights, and objectifying women. We must be firm on our stance when it comes to these topics.
Truly, this book is more than just romance. This book is deep and I can't wait to read the final book of the series.
