This book contains five short bed-time stories featuring an adorable character, Hoppy the Frog. The author has included several follow-up activities as well as puzzles and jokes. This book is appropriate as a read aloud for younger children or as a beginning reader for those learning to read.
Hoppy experiences many of the situations and emotions that his young readers may face like the trauma of moving, making new friends, adjusting to a new school, missing out of activities when sick, and testing the limits. The short stories are almost like chapters in a book of Hoppy's adventures as he grows and matures.
This book is targeted for preschool to grade four. I would recommend it as a bedtime story for young children and as a beginning reader for those in the six to eight age range. Promising beginning of a new series.

Hoppy the Happy Frog! Wow!!!
I really liked the way this author wrote this ebook! I thought it was well done in story telling and in brilliant colors that I would think this age group would really like! Because of all that I have already stated I feel this ebook should have a five star rating on it. And also I have recommended this ebook as the authors has stated above for children ages 3-10! Even though I being much older had enjoyed these animal stories that Uncle Amon has wrote and this one too! I received this ebook for free and have now given it an honest review. The stories would be great for reading to children one at a time --- only one picture with each short chapter but Hoppy is cute! Great for moving, missing something important on your birthday, helping neighbors --- with nice activities to do also!
