What a reunion hahaha 

I was so thrown by the amount of time that had passed because WHAT DO YOU MEAN?! Anyway, the vulnerability and care in this book? Oh G and Carter were trying to get wifed up! Loved the development of those two. 

Lorelei had to get a little reminder, but she absolutely does not play and for that we STAN!

It was great to jump back into the world of Lorelei, Carter, and Gerasimou right from the previous cliffhanger. I particularly valued the chapters dedicated to establishing the men's backgrounds, as it brought significant understanding not just to their individual characters, but also to the plight of the twins. For me, the twins were the undisputed stars—their journey and their world dominated the narrative, with the adults serving as their anchors. The storyline was full of great surprises, and I'm really looking forward to the next installment featuring these three!
