Read the fan translations....
I got to say that this is one of the best book in the entire series..
maybe cause best girl Xenovia...
but seriously I loved the way how the story connected many different past stories specially of Kiba and Asia...

Volume 19 is filled the brim with excitement as Xenovia is under consideration to succeed as President of the Student Council when Sona KuJo graduates. Rias and Sona are challenged by Michael to the first rating game ever been participated by Angels. The alliance between Angels and Devils wants no casualties, yet the skirmish is fierce. Michael’s troop of holy warriors and heroes have prepared to fight for Armageddon their entire life. The two devil heiresses with their respective court have the upper hand though lack experience.
