Ohh the drama was real….
I had to go back and do a reread of this series, it had been awhile. I remembered I really enjoyed the books but honestly couldn’t recall why (lol, yeah I’m getting older). I’m so glad I got caught up again because I dove into this trilogy bookend with all kinds of enthusiasm…
Murder, distrust, betrayal… The drama was high and not at all campy as Adrian, Gabriella and Rafe tried to solve a deadly mystery and also figure out how love would play out. Gabriella was the constant, losing her family the focal point of her life. Understanding who was good versus evil was not so easy to determine. And Rafe and Adrian didn’t make that easy. On one hand, they both professed to love her unconditionally yet they also held secrets that were key to the puzzle…
This author knew how to keep me guessing and flipping pages like it was the middle of a hurricane. The drumbeat march to the end was full of twists and turns and heartfelt moments that were the earmark to these reads. Be prepared though. It was a full stop ending. Maybe…

Culmination is the third & finally book in the Clandestine Affairs Trilogy, and as such, YOU MUST READ Instigation (Book 1), and Escalation (Book 2) FIRST AND IN ORDER! Since this is a conclusion with explosive content as the big picture is finally fully put together, I'm not going to say much of anything about events in the book. I will say that Gabriella has had one hell of a ride, and I'm not even sure how she's still standing to be honest. Everything was bigger like the heartracing goodness, the action, the betrayal & lies all tied up in an f-bomb worthy bow so yeah, I was on the edge of my seat cover to cover (didn't move an inch) because I had to know. Anyway, that's all from me and now it's your turn! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Please read the previous books before you read this one. Rafe & Bri have been on suspenseful journey. This is the conclusion to the villain Theo Morningstar who we learn still has a surpise up his sleeve! This conclusion finished with a happy ending & a new bound between the two men in Brie's life
Am so happy that Adrian Morningstar gets a story! I thought he was dead. I want him to find that passion that his long lost brother has with Brie.

5+ “She was my strength and weakness” stars
Culmination is the third and final book in Clandestine Affairs Trilogy series. It was also told in dual, first person POV, with an addition of another POV – which I’m not telling who it is – you have to read it. Seriously, you have. I’m so pleasantly surprised how this POV was developed, it was a bit devious, retrospective with a background story of the character or to somewhat understand what were the character’s motives and why the character’s nature is the way it is.
This is the most suspenseful book in the series. There are so many twists and turns, it’s unpredictable and fast paced. The hits just kept on coming; the truths are being revealed. I need to congratulate Tessa the way she developed her anti-hero and villain. Honestly, there were so many clues that the suspect could be anyone. Not until the ending could I at least predict who the mastermind is.
The threats are getting serious. Brie’s life and her relationship with Rafe are in danger. Rafe is torn and pulled in many directions: his past/job are looming, their family secrets threatening to tear them apart and thinking Brie will leave him if she finds out the truth. The secondary characters play really important and key role in this book and help development of the main characters. Rafe and Brie wanted to relax and forget about their problems for a while but then something happens and their plan was cut short. Brie is afraid not only for her life but also for Rafe and their future. Rafe wants to protect her. He doesn’t want to lose her or even to live without her. Not when he finally find the one to spend the rest of his life with.
I loved the sexy, steamy scenes between Rafe and Brie, the light, passionate moments between them, conversations filled with banter, the way they crave each other. They are both such strong, stubborn and vulnerable characters. Their love becomes stronger each day. Rafe and Eva cannot imagine their life without each other. In this final book they need each other more than ever.
Loved the ending. It’s what they deserve after all the trouble and danger they went through. I would love a novella with them.
Each book in the series MUST be read in order. This amazing series is filled with so much love and heart. In my opinion it will attract the readers who love contemporary romance and romantic suspense mixed with mystery, thriller, intrigue, an anti-hero with redeemable qualities, alpha hero and naïve but fierce heroine.

I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, steamy, twists & turns, secrets, lies, suspense and heartbreak.
If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first

This is the conclusion of Gabriella’s story. This story picks up right where the last book left us. The author gives you all the answers in this story. She has been trying to trust two men, but will she trust the right one? After all she loves one but is it the right one? What happens when all the secrets come out? Wil they be the ones she expected, or will they tear apart everything she thought she knew? Will she be able to get to the truth and will is be the most shocking of all?
I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read. This author gives you just enough pieces that you think you get the full story only to mix up the plot pf the book again and again.

Oh my…5 years we have anxiously awaited the story of Brie/Rafe/Adrian!
All was not what it seemed when you start the story from the beginning!
Adrian was a controlling and possessive man who had Gabriela’s heart until his absences and secrets turned her away for good or was it all just part of a larger plan?
Rafe is the calm and foundation Gabriella needs in her life! Their chemistry is off the charts!
There are tons of secrets, lies, covert operations and the like in this book… the story continues to spin giving you answers to your questions.
I’m excited to read Domination and for Adrian to get his happy ending!

Wow! This series is full of suspense and mystery that grabs you with each book!
Rafe is worried that if Brie finds out the truth about his past and his job that she will leave him. He can't lose the love of his life.
As Rafe and Brie decide to relax in her home town and try to find the missing pieces to her father's puzzle their life is on the line.
Adrian confesses hoping to sway Brie back to him.
A masterpiece of a series!

Nice ending

What a perfect ending to a fantastic trilogy. I devoured all 3 books in 3 days , I couldn't put them down. When I wasn't reading I was thinking about the story. SO FREAKING GOOD!!!
It has everything Romance, Suspense, and a Mystery to solve. Our couple fights multiple battles, uncovers many secrets and through it all they fall in love. The twists and turns kept me reading wide eyed.
Simply Amazing!! I am just blown away.
And another character has a book coming and looks to be GOOD!!!
