Wow! What is Victor up to now with poor Lily? Will he be able to get her away from her friends and over to his side? I would like to do some serious harm to him for what he has done to Sierra and will someone be able to save Sierra finally Victor?
Carly and Brady get closer then they have ever been. Their connection has grown and Carly is on her way to giving birth to beautiful baby cubs.
Violet Vaughn has made me curious to read other serials because this one is so GREAT. I can’t wait to read part 6.

Changes are definitely occurring in clan politics. The depth of evil one character stoops to just plunges the storyline into many possible scenarios. This episode continues flawlessly. The author pulls off yet another impeccable cliffhanger. This voluntary review is based against an advance copy.

I received this for an honest review. WOW, just keeps getting better and better. Reminder this is not a standalone, so please go either listen or read the previous books in the series. The one thing I love about audios is no it gives a totally different feel to the book. With each book in this series you are not only get an amazing story but Erin DeWard does such an amazing job. I am so impressed with her talent. She has so many different voices and you are so able to tell by the voice which character is speaking. It is freaking awesome.
Now for the story itself. I keep trying to figure out Lily’s attraction to Victor. He has such an unexplainable hold on her. One I just don’t understand. He is so able to manipulate her way of thinking in a strange way. She is so taking back by his charm and looks. She is so innocent and does not even realize how much danger she is really in.
Victor still has Sierra. Things seem so dark for Sierra. You can only hope that her clan can save her. Victor keeps her well guarded and things just don’t look up for her. Sierra needs some good in her life before she loses her mind.
Ashton which is Ian’s twin does not even know that he is getting ready to find his true mate. Sorry not going to tell you who it is you will have to read or listen to the book to find out. But Ashton has been through so much. He has seen and had to do things for his country, so he could really use some good in his life.
Carly is getting close to her due date. Her and Brady are getting closer. There are some new turn of advents that I find funny when it comes to Brady and Carly, but sorry once again you will have to read or listen to find out. Trust me you will get a huge laugh out of it.
Taylor and Kieth are getting closer. They are planning a rescue mission for Keith’s ex-girlfriend Sierra. You have to wonder what fears Taylor is having during this planning. Don’t worry you will like somethings that happen with Taylor and Keith in this book.
Donna is Donna..LOL Love her to death. You can always rely on Donna to tell everyone like it is. She is such a huge strength in the family.
Annie well she is starting to learn to live. You will like somethings that is happening to her as well in this book.
Ian is having a great time. He seems to be taking it well that Lily does to want him. I have to say I am wondering about Matt. Have not heard much about him.

Oh boy oh boy (does a happy dance) part 5 is out of what I like to call the hot werebear soap opera! ( Book covers more then just one story!)
Who to talk about this time? TORI AND KEITH
Keith has lost sooooo much toooooo much (even for a book character) :) 1st mate was bitten by another were bear (an evil one) in getting her back he lost her to her true mate. 2nd one was killed right in front of him and now he has a chance again. The calling has sent him Tori BUT the same woman who had his wife killed is after Tori and I can't tell ya why lol you have to read it. (Evil grin)
Will poor Keith lose Tori too? I am going to cry if it doesn't work out for him. Does it sound like I am hooked on this series? Yes? Lol OK then I won't tell ya I wish the author could shove me in the book and make things all better for him if this doesn't work out lol
So much is going on in this story, so many twists and turns it's wild. Wow.
A must read for shifter fans and it should be read in order just be prepared to be hooked.

It's getting serious on Bear Mountain! Especially with Victor plotting and carrying out his destructive and poisonous schemes! The Le Roux and Robichaux clans are trying to work together, while the Veilleux clan (Victor's clan) appears to be leading to a clan war.
The Le Roux clan is settling down with mates, planning weddings and more pregnancies are revealed. Victor still has one of the "called" women, but
which one? Is Sierra one of those who became pregnant? What's happening with Lily? Will Annie find her mate?

I was given a complimentary copy for an honest review by author V. Vaughn. This is part 4 of the Called by the Bear series by the author.
Drama is an understatement when the truth is revealed but Sierra and Ashton will find a way to make it work. Lily has been turned against Carly and Sierra by the evil Victor but will she find the truth before it is too late.
There is action, drama and romance in this story that just makes the characters look like they are your next door neighbors. I love how the author does a smooth flowing story line in the book.
This book is for any paranormal romance book reader who like some drama with their romance. This part starts where part 3 leaves off so it is best to read in order.

I'm so happy that Sierra finally found someone who will truly love her. Ashton is just perfect for her. But I also feel sorry for what she is about to go through. Carly has her babies but what will happen when the clans join forces especially with her mother also what do her siblings have to say about her being clan leader. Let's not forget about Lily, who I thought had more sense than she shows in this book. She is about to get a rude awakening and I can't say if I feel sorry for her, hopefully she is Victor's true mate and not a pawn in his deadly game. I can't wait for the next book in this series.

This is a review for books #1-#8, I thought this would be easier then doing a review on each individually because once I started reading I couldn't stop.
I love this series! The characters are awesome and it's kind of a twist on the typical werebear story. There is love, mystery, disappointment, intrigue - everything that I want in a story. Each book is a pretty fast read and once I started reading I had to keep jumping right into the next book. I am going to go crazy waiting for book #9! If you love werebear stories this is a wonderful series.

Book 5 of Called by the Bear series
This book has a daring rescue and a budding love story. I found myself wishing I could talk to Lily to tell her about Victor...and save her from herself. That's not how it works, though, in books or in real life. We all have to learn our own way...and it's usually the hard way!
For books about shifters, this is one of the better series. I am enjoying the characters and the development of the core of the story. I'm already sorry that there are only four books left!

This new instillation does NOT disappoint! The story continues with all of our previous characters and a new main player for one of the girls! There is action, love, a wedding, turmoil and absolutely enough to keep your attention! As the previous installments Vaughn has the talent to leave you yearning for more. So get ready to cheer, growl, and get to reading!
Remember this is a serial and needs to be read in order.

wow what an crazy busy installment. There are rescues, weddings and babies! catch up with all the girls Carly, Sierra, Taylor, Lily and Annie. It's so nice to finally have something happy for Sierra, now poor Lily what is to happen to her. Violet has done a great job of keeping us on our toes as to what will happen next. I'm looking forward to the next one. Love this series it doesn't disappoint.

Love these stories
I love the raw passion and the strong family bonds within the families. The adventure and the love found when the characters discover their true mates shows what life is about . The strong connection the clans have and the spirit of fierce protection they show for each other is the way you wish the world would be and the intense love the true mates share is inspiring! Love these stories and I can't wait for #6 to come out.

Great series. After each book I can't wait to dive into the next book. You don't often find shot stories to have such great plots, full of action and loads and romance all packed into a short story, but V. Vaughn not only makes it work, she makes it work out great and leaves you craving more. My only wish is that the books were longer because the stories are so great and well written. An excellent enjoyable mini read.

This series get better with each new installment, to say "I like it," is an understatement. There is drama, love, and romance. The one thing I enjoy about this series is the development of the main story. There's a thread intricately woven throughout each book that unravels more of the story. There is aldo great character development. I look forward to read what happens next.

Received the book from the author for an honest review. Book 5 is full of surprises. Lily is turned to the other side. Sierra finds love and is still haunted by Victor and Carly becomes a mom. Did I mention that I really dislike Victor. Wonder what Ms Vaughn has for us in the next book?!

Some questions are answered and some are asked in this fifth installment of the series. it was a fantastic read with lots of surprises and love around every corner. What will happen with Lily? And poor Sierra has been through so much, she needs a really good happy ending!

Lovin this series!
Oh my gosh! It's like I can't get enough! Lol this series is great, you don't know what's gonna happen next or who will end up being mates. And whole series is on KU. Highly recommend but start on book 1.
