Heart-pounding action and undeniable chemistry!
This story grabbed me from the first chapter. The tactical details felt authentic, and the tension between Logan and Mara was electric. I loved how Chrislyn balanced the intensity of the mission with the developing emotional bond. It’s a fast-paced, high-stakes read that I couldn't put down.

Slow-Burn at its best
This is a new author for me and trust me, I will be going back to read the rest of her books. This book was filled with so much suspense, action, but also times of reflection and emotion. Mara was not only a survivor but an overcomer. She took the worst experiences of her life and turned it into a career of helping others. It was great to see her opening herself to a relationship with Logan. Logan was extremely patient because he was in it for the long haul. What developed between them was a beautiful relationship that was built on their terms. Loved this story and can’t wait to see what’s next.
