Better than expected!

I was really entertained by this first issue! Deb's story of coming to Japan from America for a better life with her father and struggling to fit in initially I thought my be a bore. But I think the artwork demanded my attention and was larger than life. I really wanted more of the race scene and I think there was a little bit of a pacing issue. However there is no denying that this was an amazing debut. It's giving a little manga, K-pop, and japanimation all in one.

And who doesn't love her super-duper, cute, extra little friend???

What a great start to a new comic series, the art is sooo amazing and beautiful and the Plot is clearly inspired by Redline (the animated film), Fast and furious: Tokyo drift and Japanese culture and builds its own hyper-stylized world and story on it. Also all the pop culture references were great.
I’m really excited for the next issue(s)!!!
