I'm not a parent but as a teacher, this book had some really useful ideas. It was laied out in a way that made it easy to read and easy to use. I see myself referring back to this book. Baker also has a video series on YouTube that we watched in class that shows lots of the ideas in his book in action.

Highly recommended.
