From the back cover:
David Evans and David Minns have put together the thoughts of many of Freddie's friends to pay last respects to a man who became a legend. This is the Real Life... is a powerful and poignant book, an insight into Freddie Mercury by people who really knew him, which shows how little was properly known about him.
Unlike so many books written about Mercury this isn't just about the glamour and myth, it's about a man who loved his friends and his friends who loved him in return.
