Dark Chains: Second Link is book 108 of I.T. Lucas's The Children of the Gods series. The characters throughout this series have all been amazing, yet Ms Lucas still introduces new characters that draw you in and have you rooting for them. Dave is one of those characters. The more Dave grows as a collective the more I find them endearing. I truly hope Dave remains a main character in many more books to come.

I really love this series but I am getting frustrated that we are not getting to the finish line with the current story.
Anyway, when people see that this is book 108, they are probably saying they don’t want get into such a long series, but it is so worth it. At least new readers don’t have to wait weeks for the next book!
