This is an excellent introduction to cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I felt that Stephen Briers gave a condensed overview with plenty of real world examples of CBT in action.

Este o carte foarte interesantă și ușor de citit. Ar trebui totuși citită atent, cu luarea unor notițe dacă se dorește cu adevărat punerea în practică a teoriei, necesită răbdare.
