Awesome Vegetable Recipes (Vegetables Cookbook): Healthy Recipes - Quick Easy Recipes - Vegetable Recipes - Free Recipes (Quick and Easy Cooking Series) by Hannie P. Scott
This book starts out with table of conents where recipes are not in any specific order. They are all vegetable dishes.
Free ebook offer, abbreviations explained along with conversions.
Each recipe starts with a title and servings.
List of ingredients are included and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given but there are NO pictures and NO nutritional information. They do list a serving tip at the end of some recipes.
There are so many things you can make with fresh vegetables. SO yummy and quick.
Other works by the author are listed at the end along with offer of a free ebook.

One of the better free cookbooks

I plan on cooking EVERYTHING in this little book. The recipes are mostly unique and will certainly add to my veggie repertoire. Many can be made low carb too..an added plus in my book

Nothing exciting

All the recipes are fine and if you are new to putting together veg flavors you should enjoy this. If you are comfortable in the kitchen there is nothing new or exciting to try.

Good recipes

Many of these recipes you may have seen previously if you have any of Hannie P. Scott recipe books. But this book is still good and one that you can use to make delicious veggie chips : beet, kale, zucchini, etc.
