Things are getting way more intense in book 2. Patrick and Alex seem to have passed the point of no return until dear old Dad has some maneuvers of his own. A third whelk is introduced and assignments to keep the “City of Two” apart. I don’t know if the two can hold strong with all the stress. Also they are taking some really risky chances that had me holding my breath. This book has some spice too. Now I have to wait for book 3 to be published.
