I really enjoyed this devotional by Lysa Terkeurst. I did not know that some of the devotionals would be focused on weight issues. I marked my favorites. I liked the simple format (Scripture, thought, devotional, prayer). She balanced examples from her own life with insight into Scripture and practical application.

I struggled in the beginning with this devotional. I really didn't get it for my weight, I got it for the title. I got so much more. It sounds like Lisa and I have a few things in common which made the book feel like I was reading my own story. I would like to read more of her material. At the end of the 60 days I feel clearer in my thinking and lighter in my load, lol, both spiritually and physically. Someone even told me they thought I lost some weight. Look out now!
