I love me some Lucky and Ezra… that panther and tiger shift love,, I feel like Lucky coming into Ezra life and bringing her family made him softer in general. I really love that instant mate connection. I love the part with Lucky dad and Ezra at the family dinner. I had that Ezra had to deal with the death of his grandfather. Overall really good Black shifter romance.

4.5 ⭐️. I ate Lucky & Ezra up! Love a good fated mates with opposites attract. Grumpy/sunshine. Found family. Light hearted moments. Betrayal. This was a good time. I would recommend and I hope to see the other siblings down the line.

Dria, Dria, Dria!!! You definitely know how to hook me immediately. It was amazing seeing The Edward Brothers and their wives again. I always wondered who Lucky would end up with, and I am not disappointed at all.
I’ve never met an Ezra I didn’t love, and this one definitely held his weight! This story was filled with so much love and understanding, and I loved having an FMC who wasn’t afraid to push back and make sure he didn’t run. I loved them together and individually.
Highly recommend!!!

This book is phenomenal!!! Andersen is one of THEE BEST to write BLACK paranormal books. I feel so seen and intrigued. This novel definitely leaves you wanting more of almost every character in the book. It was comical, family oriented, full of betrayal and beautiful passion. I am glad to see the integration of characters from other novels as well. Its like a never ending journey and shows how small circles truly run.
Ezra and Lucky were definitely a defiant match made in heaven. What he need in softness she and her family were able to give! What she needed in intimacy and loyalty he gave with ease! They found each other in an unexpected way but I'm glad that Lucky didn't completely give up her life right away when she met her mate. I like how she let him know she can hold her own and allowed him to woo her. All women need proper courtship. I love how Ezra stood on business and was intentional on what he wanted right away. He gave her time to accept him and her new life and did not force her to give in.
Ezra is the new King of his family business with his siblings Ezekiel and Eve by his side. Even though his parents lacked a bond with the triplets, the siblings were inseparable. The lack of love from the triplets parents is hard to read, but it was amazing when they find warmth from Lucky and her family. Now that family dinner was everything!!! Ezra finds his mate, but is constantly worried about trying to protect her, his siblings, and himself from someone trying to bring his family down. I need the next book as soon as possible. I loved the siblings in this book so much, that I would not mind if they all got their own story.

Lucky and Ezra? Yeah, they were a good time.
This had so many things I love wrapped into one story. Fated mates. Opposites attract. Grumpy/sunshine energy. Found family. Little soft moments mixed in with betrayal and tension. It was such a good time.
What really worked for me was the connection between Lucky and Ezra. Their personalities balanced each other so well, and I enjoyed watching them figure each other out while all the chaos around them unfolded.
Now I will say the world building was HEAVY for about half the book. I understand why it was needed because there’s clearly a larger world and bigger setup happening, but at times it pulled me out of the actual story. I think I would’ve enjoyed it more if the information had been layered in a bit more naturally throughout instead of all at once.
Still, I really enjoyed myself and I definitely want stories for the other siblings because I’m nosy now

Lucky is a lucky girl
I enjoy Dria way of storytelling and how the characters are crafted to be relatable and entertaining.
Lucky and Ezra’s story was fun and interesting, enjoyed the aspect of Ezra’s job (a good Segway for a few spinoffs) . When we say princess treatment just look up Ezra cause he wasn’t playing about Lucky.
What you can expect, a good time, lots of family moments, entertaining banter and some good adult time 😂😂😂

I usually LOVE this author's books but this was just off the mark for me. It felt like it was going on forever and ever and it did enjoy it as much as her previous shifter books.
We start with Ezra who was fine maybe even good but I didnt love him, there was a disconnect somewhere with me and his character and I can't put my finger on why. He was bossy and didn't play about his girl like all the other MMC's in Ms. Dria's book but I didnt find him particularly hot.. I sometimes cringed and him trying to show dominance and 'put her in her place'. Hated the nickname Rah as well.
Now Lucky aka Princess who i also didnt love, my girl whined alottt and I also didnt connect with her. I can't about anything relating to her that was memorable other than the fact that I liked her parents.
Some parts of the book were repetitive, and the villain reveal felt kind of anticlimactic and also like it came out of left field so by that time I was ready for the book to be over.
That being said this won't be the last book I read from this author. I look forward to seeing what other books she has in store for us.

I love the connection and chemistry between Rah and Lucky. I enjoy the plot and the way Andersen is expanding this world. I always enjoy the low angst in the romance aspect of her shifter and the way they act as humans. I could definitely stand to see them in there in their animal more often and making that more apart of the story but it’s not something I’m overly invested in. In this story I felt like we got so much of Lucky’s family I would have enjoyed seeing the triplets working together a little more they were entertaining when they were “off their leash” and I felt like the relationship with his parents was to unresolved. I also was a little thrown off on the way the guild was structured. It was a little confusing. Overall I always love the giddiness I feel reading her books and how Ezra carries the same BDE just in a refined sort of way.

I’m greedy and want more
I’m hopelessly enamored with Rah and Lucky. They level of treachery around them ran deep. Ezra, Easy, and Eve accepted Lucky without question and her family stood 10 toes down behind the tiger triplets…who were all a little bit touched. Lucky’s family now consists of panthers, wolves and tiger shifters and Sunday dinners are going to be quite interesting from this point forward. Even with some things not being addressed…imo I look forever to seeing what Ms. Andersen is going to do with the Aces series. I loved seeing previous characters creating more than just business relationships. Devon and Declan are just as loco as the Kaines. I can’t wait for more!! Happy Reading Y’all!💋

Dria be writing some gangsta big boss a$$ ish!!! This universe and the plot around it is amazing. Absolutely love me some Ezra and Lucky. Their chemistry is so fun, romantic and electric. Rah is THAT MAN!! He doesn’t play about nothing he loves. His siblings (Easy and Eve) are just as unhinged. I need more of them. Matter of fact the way Eve and Lucky get down are my type of girls. Take no bs! Lucky’s family is night and day from Ezra’s. The way they were with Ezra and his siblings is something i wish they experienced from their own blood. Dria shifters are so breathtaking in how she describes and let them be.

This was good
I’ve been craving a book that not only paranormal with shifters, but give you that urban fiction feel and this do not disappoint
Ezra and Lucky was so cute I love how they communicate with each other and reassure each other anytime something happened that they felt like could pull them apart from each other.
I honestly was expecting the parents to be behind the stuff with Ezra’s granddaddy
I love how Lucky’s family stood up for Ezra and his siblings and really adopted them into the family because God knows them triplet needed it.

I absolutely LOVED As Luck Would Have It by Dria Anderson. This story had everything I love in a paranormal romance, a hot alpha male who is soft only for her. A sassy FMC with a heart of gold. Fun family dynamics, found family, fated mates, high stakes, action, betrayal, steam, hilarious side characters, and more! Now this book can be read as a standalone BUT if you become obsessed like I did you will want to read Declan and Devon first to avoid end game spoilers for those books. Dria is one of the best writers in the paranormal romance genre, give this book a chance, you won’t be disappointed. Immediate 5 Stars!

Ezra & Lucky
I really enjoyed these two. Ezra was so dominant and knew what he wanted. Lucky could hold her own and didn’t want to give in too easy. I loved that because I am her and she is me lol. One of the things that I really enjoyed was the family dynamics and how Luckys family showed Ezra what that real family bond is like. He needed that and he needed the energy that her mom gave at dinner.

That did not play about her from jump! And I loved that for her!!! I knew it was going to be him, but HIM shocked me to my core… Like I felt that betrayal and the ninja wasn’t even supposed to be loyal to me. That hurt me for real, not gonna yie! Ezra and Lu were everything. It was the Kat Baby telling her about Sin’s past that had me cackling lmao. That girl was shooketh lol. Great read. Highly recommend!

A book by Dria Andersen always has the right mix of drama, comedy, romance, spicy, snark, Black excellence, and hood. I love her character development and world building. Her women are strong and capable. Her men are solid and loyal. And when they come together they allow each other to be soft and find rest and rejuvenation in each other.

I love the crime boss element in this story. It gives this story an edginess and some suspense. The father figure Sin was like Dallas you got to love them. The characters from a prior series making an

I enjoyed the new entry into this new series. It was fun getting acquainted with Lucky and Rah. Loved the family dynamics and interactions. It was a bonus getting Devon. Keisha, Declan and Amber in the story. I look forward to more in this series.

❤️🔥❤️🔥this book was spicy!! OOO I loved Ezra and his aura. Dria Anderson once again is carrying black shifter romances and I loved every second of this book! Their love story was so cute and very well developed.
