Great story
This was a great story that drew me in. Glory is a fantastic character who decides it's time to lose her virginity and research her book at the same time. Treatment of humor, sexual chemistry and BDSM that had me eagerly turning the pages. I highly recommend this wonderful book.

I kinda wish there was more sex involved in this story then more discipline and spankings. Because well Glory is 35 and a virgin and got little sex in this novella. She got more Punishments from Gab then anything. I can understand she did break few rules but lord woman just lost her vcard to him give her more sex and not orgams denial. Mmmm as for Gabe.. he was okay to me like i said above wish he showed more sex to his woman who was learning the bdsm world for her book.

Glory gets herself into a BDSM club so she can do some research for an erotic romance she is writing. Although she writes about all things kinky, she's actually a virgin and has no real life experience of any of the situations she has penned. In comes Master Gabriel, a sexy SWAT team member who also plays as a Dom at the club. Even though they both feel an instant attraction, both of them find their own reasons to be resistant to the new relationship.
A very hot read! I loved Glory in this book, she was so funny and relatable. Gabriel is like sex on a stick, and I love how hard he fell for Glory. Ms. Williams does a great job of mixing real life issues and comedy into her story. The story touched on some heavy subject matter but never got to the point where it eclipsed the main love story. I thought it was very well balanced and I look forward to reading more of her books in the feature. Overall, this was a very enjoyable read with real characters and an interesting story.

Hot and scrumptious
The story begins with SWAT sergeant, Gabriel, who loses his wife to cancer- he loved her so completely, the connection was immediate.
Then came Morning Glory, (I know, right?) Who was a social worker turned writer. (Me too, only I still social work). I was so connected to Gabriel that when Glory was introduced second, I was surprised with my affinity to her.
Realistic in many ways and just enough umph of fantasy for fun. Glory gets in scrapes, Gabriel educates her, teaches her his way of settling those issues, and then you wait as they both decide if it is right for them.
Spankings are just right. Hard, fast, with purpose but not over the top. Realistic, like spankings for punishment are.
The sex, yum. Read this short but good story that has good balance of discipline, fun, training and love.

His Girl, His Rules was fantastic read and I enjoyed getting to know Glory and Gabriel. Gabriel hasn't allowed himself to feel for anyone since he lost his wife four years ago due to cancer. Since then he has been going through the motions until he sees the timid redhead enter the club.
Glory has no clue about the sex she writes. She writes purely from her fantasies not experience. She enters the club purely with though of research only .What she doesn't expect is Gabriel to sweep her up and introduce her into his life.
With some humor His Girl, His Rules kept me in from page one and I knew i would finish it in one sitting. I love William's work and can't wait to sink into her next story.

This was a really good, really hot little book! It's a quick read, but it's fun!

The fact that she was a 35 yr old virgin who wrote erotica and was interested in BDSM was a bit hard to believe. That's just a strange combo; the age alone is unusual, but to be an erotica author interested in bdsm as well? Other than that though, I loved the book! That wasn't a big enough factor to detract from the book. It's definitely worth reading, it is hot and sexy!!

I so enjoyed reading this book! I was laughing out loud at Glory, she is a firecracker, and swooning at Gabriel, so HOT, and loving the entire thing. I was hooked from page one and just kept on reading until I finished. Loved the suspense, danger, romance, and some definite steamy action and was rooting for their HEA! Fantastic!! I received this book from Stormy Night Publications as an Advanced Reader Copy.

I loved this book. Gabriel is loving and determined to make Glory his, even if she doesn't know it yet. I loved the extra danger thrown in, resulting in Glory having to see inside herself and get over her fears. I really like how Gabriel didn't just want a BDSM lifestyle, but DD as well. I received this book from Stormy Night Publications as an advanced reader copy.

Enjoyable read!
While there were a couple times, I felt Gabriel was too strict, I enjoyed him as the story's hero. Glory was a bit too dense for being 35, but still an enjoyable character.

Glory is a writer of something she has never experienced herself. Never, until she meets Gabriel. Gabriel introduces her to what a firm handed dominant really is. I love how Glory is swept away by Gabriel's dominance and submits to him. Of course, it is not without hesitation on her part at times. Glory and Gabriel have an interesting relationship, that is so much fun to watch blossom. There are so many spankings, this book will light your Kindle on fire. But it is the dominance of Gabriel that captured me and I could not stop listening.
Jack Calihan turned this book into a movie in my mind with his narration. He has an easy to listen to voice. Mr. Calihan narrates each character with a separate tone. He also makes Gabriel a strong, alpha male with his narration. Glory's hesitations, excitements and emotions are easily brought to life through Mr. Calihan's narration. I enjoyed listening to this audiobook.

This was a good story about two adult characters finding love.
I love a good BDSM book and this was good but some small details was missing to make it excellent. But I can’t put my finger on what it is.....

Lots of dialogues
Well described characters

The characters were will matched and their story was sweet. I didn't get why the story starts out with his wife 's death when he doesn't seem to be conflicted about falling in love again. Also the heroine was just plain stupid when saving her friend - that seemed a little forced and out of character for her.

Fun old fashioned romance
Morganna Williams and Jack Callahan did a great job in their collaboration of His Girl, His Rules. The authors characters were likable and the story moved well. The narration brought an extra dimension to the story.

This book was a short but lovely story. I liked the writing and the characters too. The way Gabriel basically fell for Glory at first sight was so swoon-worthy. Great chemistry, some kink, lots of feels.
Jack Calihan was a good choice to narrate this book. He did a good job, had a few parts too slurred for my liking, but overall his narration was enjoyable.
