Irish Doctor’s Secret Triplets was smutty book crack. Sage and Ronan were fated, it was unrealistic most of the time. First a serendipitous meeting at an airport in Ireland after getting dumped by his son. 🛩️✈️Don’t come a knocking when the swanky jet is a rockin over the Atlantic. Ronan meets his babies in the delivery room 👶👶👶 Kids do not get a name till they are eating solid food. Before then they are called Bossy, Baldy and Boy. the Ex is a dysfunctional cheat, best friend is SUS 🐈⬛ the dead wife is a bag of tragic guilt. A few loose ends, but hey this is fluffy book crack. Kept my interest until 85% and that was only because HEA was in progress. Best cover so far in the series. I would suddenly develop a chronic disease if this were my Doc

Sage starts this book in the most unhinged emotional state possible: dumped on St. Patrick’s Day. On Ireland’s national holiday of questionable decisions. And instead of going home to cry into a pint of ice cream like a normal person, she ends up on a plane making the kind of choices that require divine intervention and a therapist.
Enter Dr. Ronan Callahan. Irish Adonis in scrubs. Silver‑fox danger wrapped in a medical license. The kind of man who could read a grocery list and make it sound like a life‑altering prophecy.
Sage has no idea he’s her ex’s father. Ronan has no idea she’s about to become the plot twist of his entire life. The universe, however, is absolutely cackling.
Their one‑flight‑stand is the kind of impulsive chaos that makes you want to grab Sage by the face and say, “Honey, blink twice if you need adult supervision.” She’s hurt, emotional, and operating on pure heartbreak fumes. Ronan is calm, controlled, and radiating that “I fix things for a living” energy that makes Sage’s brain short‑circuit.
Then the two pink lines show up. And Sage does what every Archer FMC does: she panics, spirals, and tries to rebuild her life while pretending she’s not carrying the DNA of a man who could charm the paint off a wall.
Fast forward nine months and Sage is in the hospital, overwhelmed, exhausted, and about to give birth to triplets — TRIPLETS — when the doctor who walks in is Ronan. Her mile‑high hookup. Her ex’s father. The man she absolutely did not plan to see again while in a hospital gown and emotional freefall.
Ronan freezes like the universe just slapped him. Sage’s soul leaves her body. The tension in that room could power the entire eastern seaboard. And suddenly this man who once felt like a beautiful mistake becomes the one person she desperately needs to stay calm.
Sage is a lovable disaster — emotional, overwhelmed, stubborn, and doing her best with the scraps life handed her. She’s been carrying everything alone, and you feel every ounce of that weight. Ronan, meanwhile, is the steady, grounded, quietly intense presence who steps into responsibility with a seriousness that makes your chest ache. He doesn’t posture. He doesn’t panic. He just is, and that’s enough to make the whole story snap into place.
This book is pure Archer chaos: dramatic, addictive, emotionally messy, and absolutely drenched in that “I didn’t ask for this but I’m invested now” energy. Sage needs a nap, Ronan needs a warning label, and the triplets deserve tiny medals for surviving their parents’ emotional roller coaster.
A wild, dramatic, heart‑squeezing romance where Sage tries to hold herself together, Ronan becomes the unexpected safe place she never thought she’d get, and the universe sits back with popcorn watching the chaos unfold.
DNF. I don’t like women who want to keep babies a secret from their fathers. The mmc Ronan is 27 years older than Sage and is cold.
I’ve tried a few of this authors books and I really should give up on them. The plot always sounds really good but that actual writing isn’t. There’s so many annoying things about this book I don’t know where to start. There’s also loads of details missing. Did Ronan not use any protection? Was Sage not anything? Why did she want Connor to propose to her when she doesn’t seem to even like him at times? The two big things I hated. Sage is adamant that they are ‘her’ children and doesn’t want the father to know. 😡😡😡 I REALLY HATE WOMEN LIKE THIS!! She doesn’t even tell her best friend who the father is, so she thinks that they’re Connors! WEIRD!! Then there’s Ronan who is Irish and speaks really stiltedly. Imagine Helen out of Friends and the way that she spoke, Ronan speaks like that. Sigh…. 🙌
At the beginning Sage is in a relationship with Connor who is Ronan’s son. She doesn’t love Connor, she doesn’t particularly like him but for some bizarre reason she travels to Ireland with him and hopes he’ll propose. 😂😂😂 WHY??? When Connor instead of proposing to her dumps her as she doesn’t fit his ‘image,’ Sage isn’t heartbroken, she doesn’t even cry. So I don’t understand why she was going to marry him. When the last flight out of Ireland is fully booked Ronan offers her a place on his private plane and they have s*x. It never says whether he uses a condom or not or if she was on any protection but she’s totally shocked when she finds out she’s pregnant. 🙄🙄🙄 It skims past the whole pregnant and jumps to her giving birth and Ronan is the on call doctor as she has really high blood pressure. At this point she’s STILL not going to tell him he’s their father!! 😡😡😡😡😡 It’s only when her hand is forced as her best friend tells Connor and he thinks they’re his babies, that it all comes out. Oh good grief!! Then for some bizarre reason Connor who is a selfish d….k is absolutely devastated that they’re not his. 😂😂😂😂😂 MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!!!
I’m sorry. It’s terrible. The plot sounded good but nothing makes any sense.
I just finished Irish Doctor's Secret Triplets by Liz Archer and wow—this one completely pulled me in. It’s got that perfect mix of emotional drama, romance, and those “just one more chapter” moments. I went in expecting a sweet story, but it ended up being way more intense (in a good way), especially with Ronan and Sage at the center of it all.
Ronan is such a compelling character. He’s this dedicated doctor who seems to have everything under control on the surface, but there’s a lot he’s carrying emotionally. The “secret triplets” part adds so much tension to his storyline it’s not just a plot twist, it really shapes how he interacts with Sage and the choices he makes. I loved how protective and caring he is, but also how he struggles with vulnerability. It makes his character feel real instead of just the typical romantic lead.
Sage is just as strong in her own way, and honestly, she balances Ronan perfectly. She’s resilient, compassionate, and not easily swayed, which makes their relationship feel earned. I really liked how she processes everything she doesn’t just accept things at face value, especially when secrets start coming out. Her emotional journey felt genuine, and you can’t help but root for her as she navigates everything thrown her way.
Together, Ronan and Sage have this intense, emotional chemistry that drives the story. There’s tension, tenderness, and a lot of heart in the way they come together. Watching them work through secrets, trust, and their feelings kept me hooked the entire time. And the triplets? They add such a warm, chaotic, and lovable energy that makes the story even more engaging.
Overall, this book is such a satisfying, emotional read. It’s dramatic, romantic, and full of heart, with characters you actually care about. If you like stories with strong emotional stakes, complicated relationships, and a really rewarding payoff, this one is definitely worth picking up.
Irish Doctor’s Secret Triplets: An Age Gap, Secret Baby Romance (Forbidden Silver Foxes) by Liz Archer had me grinning and swooning from page one. Sage’s dream trip to Ireland turns into a nightmare break-up, only to land her stuck in an airport thanks to a storm — classic rom-com chaos. Enter Ronan: private jet, instant chemistry, very steamy flight — and yes, the silver-fox factor is REAL. The setup is ridiculous in the best way, the kind that made me turn pages like my Kindle was on fire. What I loved most: the emotional twists. Sage’s heartbreak was so relatable (been there!), and her chemistry with Ronan was electric without ever feeling gratuitous. The surprise baby twist was handled with heart — especially the moment when Ronan realizes he’s literally delivering his own triplets. How many authors can pull off that beat without it feeling silly? Liz Archer does it with flair and warmth. The writing style is engaging and addictive. Dialogue feels sharp and genuine, and the pacing keeps you invested — I didn’t want it to end. The age gap and secret-baby tropes could be overdone in lesser hands, but here they’re fresh and fun, balanced with real emotional beats. Weakness? If you’re not into over-the-top romance setups, this might feel a bit wild. But honestly, for the audience this book is written for, those big, dramatic moments are the fun. Overall: an utterly entertaining, emotionally satisfying read with heat, heart, and characters you’ll root for. Already planning my re-read — highly recommend!
I absolutely loved this story by Liz. Sage takes a trip with her Boyfriend to Ireland during the St. Patrick day holidays thinking he is going to propose, and she will meet his family. Instead, she gets broken up with and he already had another room booked when they got back to the hotel. She decides to change her flight right away as she doesn't want to be in the same hotel or city as him. When she gets to the airport, she learns that her seat was overbooked and due to a storm, she can't leave. In come Ronan to the rescue who has a private jet and is on his way back to Boston as well. They have instant chemistry and the flight gets steamy thinking it's just a one-night stand. Couple of weeks later Sage realizes her one night stand turned into a baby and decides she is going to keep it. Across the city Ronan ends up wishing he had gotten her number as he can't forget that flight or her. Almost 9 months later Ronan gets called into the hospital for a woman in labor who has high blood pressure and when he walks in, he learns the woman is Sage. He helps her through the labor of triplets and while helping her does the math and figures out he is the dad. This story was an instant favorite of mine and will definitely be a re-read as I loved the storyline and the chemistry between Sage and Ronan.

Sage got dumped on a trip to Ireland that she thought would end in a proposal. And when she got to the airport to return home she finds out that she has been bumped from her flight and there isn't another one for days due to storm. But she doesn't want to spend another minute there. When a handsome man offers her a seat on his private plane leaving right away she doesn't hesitate to take it. Things get heated between them during the flight. Things had not been good with her boyfriend for months so when she realizes she is pregnant she knows who the father is. Or does she? There is anger, betrayal, surprise delivery and a lot of heat between Sage and the father of her babies. Great characters and the way the story was written pulls you right in and keeps you engaged from start to finish. I didn't want it to end.

I gave Irish Doctor’s Secret Triplets 4 stars for its wildly entertaining, over-the-top premise and the way it completely pulled me in from the start. The one-night stand on a private jet was already a bold hook, but adding in surprise triplets and the fact that he’s her ex’s father? Pure chaos; in the best way.
The age gap and forbidden element brought plenty of tension, and I loved how protective and intense the hero could be, even if he occasionally leaned a bit too controlling for my taste. The emotional stakes were high, and the drama never really let up, which kept me flipping pages.
Some moments felt a little rushed, especially with such a big, complicated situation to unpack, but overall it delivered exactly what I wanted: escapism, angst, and a swoony (if slightly scandalous) romance.

Enjoyed this book. Sage was on holiday in Ireland with her boyfriend when he decided to dump her. When trying to get home her flight is cancelled and a man behind her offers her a ride on in his jet. She accepts and the two of them find themselves attracted to each other and make the mile high club. Arriving in Boston, no names and phones are given. Almost nine months later they come face to face as Ronan is the doctor who going to help her through the delivery of her triplets. He is stunned but he finds himself wanting to help Sage with the babies. She demands honesty from him and they learn to trust each other. This book is full of drama, emotions, and a happy ending. I enjoyed reading this book.

This was my favorite Liz Archer book to date! Sage is Ireland with her boyfriend Connor who she is convinced is going to ask her to marry him. She ends up getting dumped instead. While leaving Ireland alone, she is bumped from her flight, however she meets Ronan, a cardiologist/obstetrician/billionare who offers her a seat back to Boston on his private plane. Out of character for both, they join the mile high club together. After landing they both go their separate ways. Almost 9 months later, Sage has severe eclampsia and Ronan is the doctor on call when she gives birth to triplets. Ronan and Sage have an honest, real relationship. There were surprises in the middle and towards the end of the book I did not see coming. Make sure to read the bonus scene, perfect ending to a great book.
Sage and her boyfriend Conner go to Ireland for St. Patrick's Day, but instead of it turning into a fun vacation, he took her along only to dump her there. Sage doesn't want to stay there alone and wants an early flight back home, but due to circumstances, the flight is cancelled. Fortunately, Ronan happens to be nearby and offers her a trip on his private plane, and it doesn't take long before the tension rises and she joins the Mile High Club. After a steamy flight, they go their separate ways, only to meet again when she goes to a midwife because she is pregnant, and the midwife turns out to be Ronan, the father of her baby. A great story!

At first I wasn’t sure what to expect from the book title. But as I read, I was sucked into the character development and plot line creation. The author is very riveting in her writing, but at times I felt like, as a dual business admin and psychology major student, that I was in a psychology therapy/diagnosis course with some of the MFC’s internal dialogue/analysis.
Overall, though, I loved the twists and turns, the excellent character development, and arc of the plot line. There were a few unanswered questions, but they were minuscule enough to not affect my overall review. Love the book and will definitely be reading more from this author.
Spice level 🌶️🌶️ (out of 5 🌶️) When the filthy talk started it was like catching fire.👀. The filthy🥵dirty talk‼️holy moly. WOW.😮
This is a M/F BOOK 📖 🔞
⭐️⭐️ "Reading this book is like going on a date with someone who only wants to talk about the weather. It’s perfectly pleasant, nobody gets hurt, but you definitely aren't calling them back for a second date. It’s not a crime against literature like a 1 star, It just won't change your life, it won't break your heart, and it certainly won't make you gasp. It’s a 'break glass in case of boredom' kind of book."
Ronan and Sage connect when she is bumped from her seat back to the US after experiencing a horrific break up. What she didn't expect was the man that offers her a seat back home on his plane is the father of her ex. Close proximity and too many drinks has her and Ronan in an intimate encounter that comes with repercussions in months to come. This story is filled with drama and heartfelt connections that drew me into this couple from start to finish.

I really enjoyed reading about Ronan and Sage and the struggles they went through to finally find their happiness. There is always something exciting to read in one of Liz Archer’s stories. I really lose myself in reading these stories and find lots of family, drama and personal growth to eventually finding the happiness that the characters deserve and the family being together, finally for their happily ever after.

'IRISH DOCTOR’S SECRET TRIPLETS is a scorching standalone, age gap, secret baby romance that is guaranteed to make your blood rush to all the right places. No cheating, no cliffhangers, ultra-hot HEA guaranteed!'
The characters drove the storyline and they were so very appealing and likeable and complicated and perfectly steamy together. Plot was intriguing and well paced. World building was solidly drawn and impressive. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend.

Loved Sage and Ronin. She gets in his private jet with him after trying to catch an early flight back home because her boyfriend took her to Ireland just to dump her. She couldn’t get an early flight though due to a storm. So Ronin offers. Things get really hot and spicy between them on the plane. But they part ways. She finds out later that stress pregnant. And when she goes in to deliver the babies, Ronin is her doctor. This was a really great read. It was hot and spicy, sweet and loving. A really great story.
Sage goes to Ireland with boyfriend, who dumps her on St. Patrick’s day. Sage changes her flight, gets bumped and a handsome man offers her a lift in his plane. She ends up falling pregnant and bemoans her life to best friend Leigh, who turns out to be the worst best friend she could have picked. Sage meets up with her plane pal in the delivery suite, where she is giving birth to his triplets. An excellent book.
I felt like I was on a journey right along with Sage. She is such a strong and honest person. She deserved someone who saw her for who she is and was honest with her. The chemistry between her and Ronan was fire, and I was so happy to see them completely together at the end. They both deserved happiness.

Satisfying from start to finish. Steamy in all the right places, and strong support between two unlikely people. Three adorable babies you can imagine in your head just from the descriptions and a beautifully thoughtful ending.
I would rate this more of 3.5 out of 4 stars. Sage as a character shows growth through out the book, but at times I didn’t connect with her. Ronan seems to perfect at times but also shows growth eventually. And the whole Connor/Leah Storyline was not my favorite. In the end, just a romance story with a few snags in between.
Ronan is a sexy doctor. Sage is in Ireland with her boyfriend. She thinks he is going to ask her to ,atty him but he breaks up with her. She meets the Ronan on a plane and they have a one night stand. 9 months later she gives birth to his triples. Such a great book.
I don’t like for majority of the babies lives in the story she didn’t have names for them I wish there was something more but overall it’s a good story
