"When you start buying in smaller dollar amounts, the size of your food quantities may change also. Make sure you are not getting less food than you would normally buy. As with any eating program, you need to find what works for you."

One important thing to do is take your measurements. Also keeping a food journal is important.

I received a complimentary Kindle copy in an Amazon promotion. That did not change my opinion for this review.

I've read other nutrition and weight loss books by JP Latham and this one is written in a similar style. It's very quick and to the point, providing a nice variety of suggestions for both nutrition as well as complimentary exercises as well. I spend a lot of time reading about food nutrition and exercise tips, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn a couple new strategies. He also did a great job explaining some of the science behind combinations of food, yet it wasn't overwhelming or boring.

I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking to get to a next level of health and fitness.

Quick to read through but it has a lot of information and so this really is to me a reference book. Latham has a style of writing as if he is sitting across the table from you.
There's good adviceand motivation.
