Tessa had said it was an emergency when she called, and she implied that James would invade my privacy in order to keep me from finding out about it. I didn't have a choice but to find a phone that he couldn't listen in on so that she could tell me the information that she had just learned. It had to do with my stepbrother, another woman, and another baby...

When I traveled to Boston to hear his band play, I eagerly waited for a moment alone with him, so that I could put my mind at ease. However, after the show, during the after party at his house, another man took an interest in me. Like just a few weeks ago, I found myself at the mercy of a more forceful individual.

Wow, total POS! He's jerking off to naked pics of Nicole on his computer and doesn't feel like he's doing anything wrong??? He makes Allie feel immature for being pissed???? Omg fucking asshole. I hope she finds someone nice because he ignores her, is embarrassed to be with her in public because it could harm his business deals, and uses her for sex. And he's JERKING OFF to naked pics of her roommate the slut who he still messages everyday. Wtf??? Oh, I forgot he's financially taking care of a baby that's not his but his bandmates who the girl (you know, the one who picked on Allie for all of high school) slept with while she was fucking James. Now he feels like he should support her? Wtf planet do these people live on. Not taboo relationship, hate to tell you, your not related! He's a fuckterd and I hope she finds someone nice, even Anne would be better for her and she's not even a lesbian! I hope the next book is the closure and puts everyone out of the misery. I don't know how he could redeem himself, really he's a scumbag and a cheater, yes it's cheating!

The story, really, is just silly. I can't stop reading this series. I laugh at myself that I enjoy this stuff (I am laughing writing this note). I don't get how step siblings that didn't grow up together is taboo. The characters and premise of the story think it is, which also adds a laughable factor to the tale. I can't wait for the next one! lol

A Baby For My Billionaire Stepbrother #4 by Cassandra Zara

Oh I totally messed up reading this series right now, I hate cliffhangers and I hate to wait, it irritates me no end. When I began this series I hadn’t realised it was a novel published in short stories, but as I had four parts I assumed (wrongly) that the set was complete. Now I’m left wondering what happens and have no idea when part five will be released.
The story is all about Allie, who for some reason wants to have a baby to her stepbrother James. They are clearly attracted to each other and their relationship has moved on from brother/sister to lovers. James is confident that they are protected and that Allie is on the pill, but she isn’t and she prays each time they are together that a baby has resulted from their union… we don’t know yet if it has or hasn’t!
I have noticed that as the series progresses not as much care is being taken with the editing. There are some simple typo’s, ‘breath’ instead of ‘breathe’ and such like, there are also a number of instances where adjectives are repeated in a sentence or within a couple of close sentences, another one of my pet hates… I prefer varied vocabulary to repetitiveness.
The characters are not the most likeable people, Allie is very immature for her age and is making some dubious choices where James is concerned. James is clearly not ready for a serious relationship, and I wish he could show a bit of respect for Allie and her feelings, being the oldest and being her stepbrother it would be nice if he showed a little maturity and responsibility for his behaviour.
The huge secret at the end of part three, that had me running to read this book, turned out to be a bit of a let down, there was no drama surrounding it. The phonecall was made and the secret revealed, then before it could even be digested it turned out to be a false rumour anyway. I stand with my feelings on book three it was fairly pointless and wasn’t really needed.
For all its flaws I am sucked in, and curious about the outcome to this story. I need to know if there will be a baby, and if there is, what impact it will have on Allie and James not to mention how it will be seen by their parents. I only hope I am aware when the next instalment is released and that I get to see it through to its conclusion.

Oh boy. I hope that's not the end of the series! I need closure for this series!
I will say that I didn't what to expect in regards to the big secret about James but I was slightly disappointed in what Tessa told Allie. As soon as she told Allie what she knew, I knew exactly how it would play out.
I will say that I don't like where things are going between James and Allie's roommate Nichole. Nicole needs to go away and James needs to pick which girl he actually wants.

I received this book for an honest review.
In the last book, Allie's best friend Tessa called and told her to call her from a pay phone that James is monitoring her communications.
Allie finds a phone and calls Tessa.
Tessa relays some "small town gossip" that no one can confirm.
Allie sets out to Boston to see James' band play and decided that she would confront him.
She gets there and he is setting up.
They barely have time to talk right away.
She goes back to his place after the set for the after show party.
Enter Ryan.
Ryan seems like a nice guy at first but comes across too strong for Allie's liking plus she "thinks" she is in a relationship with her stepbrother.
She starts to get tired and heads to the spare room to rest.
Ryan finds her and tries really hard to get her to go back to his place.
He does it too rough and James comes in.
Allie finds out the truth about the gossip.
They have really hot shower sex.
They wake up the next morning, while he is in the bathroom, Allie goes to his computer to check her email and finds something that breaks her heart.
James sees her and gets mad at her for invading his privacy.
He gets mad at her reaction to what she saw.
She leaves to go hang out with Anne the only friend she has in Boston.
Can James see why she feels the way she does?
Can Allie realize that they may never be a real couple?
Is she pregnant with James' baby like she has wanted for so long?
The only issue I have with this book besides the fact that Allie is borderline crazy, they are too short!
The author sucks you in and then you are left with a cliffhanger!

Allie takes a trip to Boston to see her lover slash stepbrother play in his band. The afterparty almost ends in trouble for her but James saves the day again then ensues the sexathon shes's looked forward too.
Ends with us finding out why Nicole, her roomate, has been so secretive, we find out more on the issues Tessa revealed and we might finally have an answer if she is or isn't.

I just finished the last of a baby for my billionaire stepmother 4 it was a great series I hope there will a part five otherwise the ending Will leave us all hanging otherwise when you start with 1 you can't put down till get 4 happy reading

Very disappointing. I am not sure I can continue this series. This one just ends so unexpectedly. It just seem uncompleted compared to the rest of the books.

I like this serial a lot. There are always twists and turns that you don't see coming. The characters are well thought out. You learn a little more about them each part. I can't wait for number 5!
