Calla Reynolds is a 24 yr. old woman living in Chicago who keeps busy as a wedding photographer. She is still hurt over a bad breakup, and hasn't been with a man in a while. When she moves into a new apartment with her best friend Tori, she meets a gorgeous guy named Kyan Wilder. He is mouthwatering delicious, and they hit it off. He invites her to visit his gym Wilder Fitness, and Calla is extremely intrigued by this sexy neighbor.
When Kyan asks Calla to do a photo shoot for him, things quickly heat up between them. Their intense attraction can't be denied, and Kyan lets Calla know exactly what he wants. He is forward and asks her to have a purely physical relationship where he can give her amazing pleasure. Ummm...yup, sign me up! ;))

Suddenly things get confusing when real feelings start to develop. Calla begins to fall for one of the brothers & decides she isn't happy with just sex, and wants more. We find out more from their past & get an amazing ending. This was my favorite book I've read by Victoria Ashley! It was so different from her other series which I also love! I fell hard for one of these brothers & couldn't get enough. This was such a sexy read, but also had a fab love story, and no, not a threesome. 2 brothers, 1 girl, but separate. It was very steamy! Calla gets A LOT of attention!!! ;))

Wow, I certainly wasn't expecting to enjoy this as much as I did. I think I was more curious than anything about the possible threesome. But just to set things straight...there is NO threesome.
Calla and her friend, Tori just moved into a new apartment and Calla goes downstairs to the bar and takes a break. That's when she meets Kyan. They have a few drinks and play some pool. They both can't stop thinking of each other.
Kyan makes his move when Calla comes over to photograph him for a book cover (she's a photographer). Kyan makes it clear that he does not want a relationship...just sex and Calla agrees with it. Kyan also tells her she's free to have sex with other people. So...she does! And it just happens to be an old crush from high school who also happens to be Kyan's brother, Hunter.
While they are both yummy, Hunter is a little too young and carefree but even if he wasn't, Kyan is just all that. Seriously, he is the total fantasy man...all about pleasing his woman, great in business, owns a fitness club and is a personal trainer, rides a motorcycle, wears suits, ties, casual clothes and no clothes to perfection. And of course, the man can dance.
Both Hunter and Kyan know about each other but when Calla finds out, she's a bit freaked out over it. Still she takes all her clues from Kyan who doesn't seem fazed by it even though he is. Calla is starting to read his little clues and catches on a little.
Still, Calla is falling more and more for Kyan and they get closer and closer, sharing things and spending time together.
Unfortunately, they've both been burned in the past and their pasts are catching up with them. Calla has to go to her sister's wedding, aka where her "past" is, and she asks Kyan to go but he can't make it. She puts on a brave face and goes anyway. There's lots of drama but some of it does turn out for the better.
Kyan has a better handle on his past and is ready to move on. Now, it's the problem of Calla having been with Hunter. I have to give kudos to Hunter though, I just love what he orchestrated!
It does end well and the last chapter is a sort of epilogue. Is there a possibility of Hunter and Tori, Calla's roommate? That would be a great book!

4 “Have. You. Ever. Thought. About. Fucking. Me?” Stars.
This was a really sexy contemporary romance, and I really loved Kyan.
I liked the main characters – Calla and Kyan in this story, although I did wonder if either of them would be able to maintain a no-strings-attached-sex kind of relationship! I also didn’t really understand why either of them were happy with Hunter stepping into the picture.
“Do you think you could have sex with me without expecting more and getting emotionally involved?”
Hunter on the other hand I did not like. He basically just used Calla for sex, and once he’d got what he wanted, he immediately left!
“I need to get back to the gym.” He licks his lips and smiles against my mouth. “I just had to get the out first. Glad I did too. See ya later, gorgeous.”
The storyline in this followed Calla as she tried to choose between Kyan and Hunter, although personally I didn’t see why it was such a hard choice; Hunter was an ass! I did like the romance between Calla and Kyan though, and the sex-scenes between them were super-hot!

The ending to this was also really good, and I’m glad that things worked out for this pair.

Damn…the first thing I have to get off of my chest is:

But, I did agree to read this for Ms. Ashley before I even saw those fucking abs that I would love to run my tongue across and oh how I want to take….ahem – sorry see I told you I was a whore!
Now, if you check all of Ms. Ashley’s books, you will see that I have read all the books she has released because I can’t deny any book she writes. Why? Holy Shit…the biggest reason that this is porn with a story. It’s no lie that I was reading this in bed last night and I had to take a break and visit with my good friend BOB.
Ms. Ashley has a way of taking steamy scenes and weaving it into a story that you aren’t side-tracked by the sex. It is an added bonus that makes the story even more complex.
If you are like me, and you can’t stand love triangles…this book is still OK. It’s not so much a triangle but just an agreement for sex. There isn’t any angst with the situation, and I believe it brings in a needed part to the story to unfold correctly.
And I have to add here….there was one saying in this book that has made it to my “most favorite” words!

I surprised myself by giving this book 4 stars. But it is nice reading for one evening with a very sexy story.
I basically do not like love triangles. And in this case, on top of that, we have two brothers. This should be a mess, but there's no hard feelings.
Kyan Wilder does not want commitment. Only give pleasure. Hunter Wilder is in this just for fun. And Calla wants adventure, satisfaction and just living for once. They give her this, and are aware of the situation in which they find themselves. Like I said - no hard feelings. There's a lot of hot sex scenes. As an erotic book is very good.
"You deserve to be pleasured.
Let us do that for you."
And within this story, of course, appear feelings and emotions, is uneasily for a moment. A few bad decisions, stubbornness and situation is a little more complicated. But we must remember that this short story. So pretty soon everything is going well.
Very nice support characters. Tori was geart. I wouldn't offended if her book was created next! Very good lightly written.
I enjoyed it, for such a short and erotic romance it was really cool.

Okay, so holy crap!!! Tori is consistently amazing in all that she does, but this IS MY FAVORITE BOOK SHE HAS DONE SO FAR!
I went into this thinking, okay taboo book meh...there's a ton, but this dynamic is SOOO DIFFERENT than I had anticipated.
First off, Calla and Tori had me cracking up laughing and I'll never look at muffins the same (once you read you'll understand lol). Those two together and separately add another dimension to the depth of the characters and are just plain funny. I LOVE LOVE LOVEEED the fact that Calla wasn't some whiney ass girl who didn't take what she wanted, hesitant and scared, yes, but never annoying and I can definitely appreciate that about a character. She grew through the book and it was flawless.
Can we just take a second and swoon over Kyan please?!?!?!! Kay good. Sexy alpha male who's been hurt in the past and wants a no strings attached sexy time, check. Bangin body, check. Soft side, check. Take me up against the wall bedroom eyes, check check check lol. He's jaded and he gets stuck in a situation with this amazing girl and his brother, who by the way, Hunter is just as sexy and an old crush of Calla's, and he thinks he can handle it no problem.
I love the evolution of these characters and ESPECIALLY Kyan and it was just perfect. It was so much more than taboo, the situation was still classy, yet a little dirty and definitely hot hot hot. Who wouldn't want the best of both Wilder worlds ;)
Hands down my favorite Victoria Ashley book thus far. Couldn't put it down, read it front to back in under 3 hours!

My GOD! I don't smoke, but after reading this baby, I'm definitely going to need a cigarette! This was an intensely HOT read with so much heart. Only the amazing Victoria Ashley can make me fan myself the entire way through one of her books. I mean HOT DAYUM woman! You get yours! Oh, the sweet dreams I will have tonight...
This is by far my favorite book from this author. I'm used to her steamy erotic reads, but my god this one takes the cake! Kyan and Hunter are brothers. One is responsible and ridiculously dominant. The other is more of a free spirit type, that 'I will get to it when I get to it' type individual. Both are gorgeous and successful. Both want Calla the minute they see her. Calla has never been so attracted to a man in her life. After having a go with both brothers, her feelings grow stronger towards one of them. The problem is, his past will not allow him to have something more with Calla. Can she really continue going the 'fuck buddies' route, or will her heart end up craving ALL or nothing?
THRUST is an all out, über erotic story that will have you hopping in the next available cold shower. It's intense, passionate, and steamy to the max, and I couldn't put this down until I devoured the entire book. This is a story about two people confronting the past, making sacrifices, and trying to ease each other's pain, making this emotional as well as steamy. I couldn't get enough of Kyan's dirty mouth and Hunter's easy-going nature. I'm extremely jealous of Calla. What I wouldn't give to be with either of these sexy sexy men!

I was expecting this one to be better than it was. I think I had a problem with the "other" guy being the brother and the fact that Calla didn't even wait 15 mins before she was sleeping with each of the brother. She just went straight from having sex with Hunter to Kyan. Though there were things that irked me, I still enjoyed reading it.

Victoria Ashley is a master at creating stories and characters that stick with me for a long time, and she has done it again with Thrust! Calla is a professional photographer, and after a fun night at the bar Kyan convinces Calla to take his photos for a cover to a romance book… that right there had me hooked! Just thinking of those sexy covers and what goes on behind the scenes had my head whirling!!
Calla is such a fun and relaxed girl. She has a great attitude towards life, and I liked how she was willing to try something outside her comfort zone. Her first meeting with Kyan was pretty entertaining and it was good to see her being herself around him, not trying hard to impress him.
Kyan is a ripped and gorgeous businessman, who can charm and seduce any girl with ease. He prefers the no attachment type of relationship because he is unwilling to give his heart away. He was upfront with Calla about what he wanted and I could tell he had demons in his past. I liked how easily Calla was able to make a connection with Kyan, they were very comfortable around each other and not a lot of that awkwardness.
Hunter is the carefree playboy who will sleep with any girl he’s attracted to. He is very confident and charismatic, and was quick to use his skills with Calla. They had an easy arrangement and I liked seeing their easy friendship and sizzling passion grow. Both guys treated Calla well and neither of them left her unsatisfied, it was always hot and steamy… no wonder she was content to be with both.
Calla’s past is brought to attention and soon she realises she has to face the people that shattered her heart. Even though it was difficult for her, I liked seeing her stand up and face it. It took a lot of courage and I was happy to see that she had support. Her best friend Tori was an entertaining character, I tell you! She is the blunt voice of reason and will have Calla’s back no matter what!
Thrust was a quick read which had an easy feel to it. All the characters are amusing and the story line was entertaining right until the very end. I liked how Calla was able to grow throughout the book and became a better person in the end. I liked how the story wrapped up, and I am now curious as to what will happen with Tori in the future, she has no filter and her book would be hilarious!

This book is absolutely wonderful. The one of the best Victoria Ashley book I've read, and I've read most of them! This book is the absolute model of how you write a love triangle, three likable characters, two swoon worthy brothers, and one amazingly complicated situation. This book is perfection, hot as hell, gut clenching, emotional and completely believable I've read it several times over the last year so I was excited to get a chance to listen to the audio. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT !! Kai and Wen do a phenomenal job on this one. They are simply the best pair of narrators in romance and this book is a perfect example. The emotion they convey with just their voices sucks you right into the character's lives. I've already found myself going back over and over again to listen to my favorite parts. Simply a great experience.

So, the first half of this book was like a 2 star for me and the second half was closer to a four star. I had a hard time connecting with the characters in this book and I didn’t really prefer either of Calla’s suitors. I felt like both the connection between the characters and the dialogue was forced. It didn’t flow for me and I felt like in trying to be sexy, the dialogue came off cheesy and forced. I found myself rolling my eyes at all the sexual innuendos, there were just so many of them. Thankfully, this seemed to cool off after about the half-way mark of the book.
Usually I have a good idea early on which guy I will want to “win” but that was not the case with this book, I didn’t feel particularly attached to Kyan or Hunter. Kyan definitely seemed to be the more “stable” of the two choices but he so clearly had some past trauma that was still affecting him. Kyan also had this obsession with “pleasuring” Calla, which normally is all great but it was mentioned repeatedly and seemed unrealistic to me. Hunter definitely came across as more of the “good time” boy.
Calla seemed pretty conflicted about her “casual” arrangement with these men which caused me to dislike her, if she was having doubts about the arrangements she shouldn’t have continued with them. Both Kyan and Calla had past relationship trauma’s which weren’t revealed until later on in the book, I feel like this also prevented me from empathizing with the characters. I felt like they annoyed me more than anything before I found out about what happened to them.
Onto the good. The sexy times in this book were very hot, and quite plentiful, there was definitely a lot of thrusting :) Both Hunter and Kyan knew what they were doing in the bedroom and the scenes were well written. Once we got a hint about Calla’s past relationship problems I was really interested in finding out more, I almost wished there had been a flashback scene.
This book wouldn’t prevent me from reading anything else by this author, but I would definitely be very cautious and maybe research more before picking up another of her books.

When I first read the synopsis for Thrust, I was a little leery about reading it. I'm not much of a fan of love triangles. But once I dove into it, I was a goner...hooked from the first chapter. I absolutely loved how the author didn't waste time with a long and tedious storyline. The book progression was perfect!
It was very easy to relate to Calla. She's a smart, loving, and compassionate character. The quirky relationship she has with her best friend/roommate, Tori, is absolutely adorable and hilarious. Everyone should have a bestie like her! :) And the Wilder brothers...whoa, sexiness overload!! Even though they are brothers, Kyan and Hunter are completely different characters. Hunter is the younger of the two, and a general "free spirit", a very relaxed/laid-back person who lets his worries and responsibilities roll off his shoulders. But Kyan, the older, hard-working, serious brother...with a hint of mystery, is just simply hard for any woman to resist. Both brothers are sexy in their own way, and it's no wonder Calla couldn't resist either one!
The author makes you feel as if you're reading two books at once. The passion and sultriness she writes is mouthwatering. I absolutely LOVED this book, and highly recommend it to everyone. The pages sizzle with desire, lust, and love, you will have a very hard time putting this book down!

Yet another outstanding book from a fantastic author. I had seen the teasers around, and knew that this had to be on my TBR.
Calla and Tori are best friends, they have worked hard to get where they are now, a nice place in a fancy building. The dynamic between the two friends is hilarious, Tori's humour is fantastic, she's the kind of friend you love and hate all at the same time, but would ever ever be apart from!
Kyan and Hunter are typical brothers, they love each other, but they hate each other's 'bad' qualities. Kyan works too hard, he's guarded, he doesn't want to let anyone in. Hunter is a man who wants to have fun, he shirks his responsibilities, but then with a workaholic brother to take care of things it's not surprising.
Chance takes a hand, and Calla ends up meeting both brothers, finding herself attracted to both, and in a situation where she gets to have both of them, sometimes within hours of each other, because with no strings attached, no one will be hurt right?

Well I quiet enjoyed this book.
I wasn’t really sure what I was getting to be honest because well I didn’t read the blurb but I was hooked from the very start.
I really liked Calla, I didn’t really like her roommate only because I kind of felt like she is happy to coast through her life.
The roommate isn’t really happy and she if fine with that.
Calla on the other hand is open to new things sure she is hesitant but I like that she went for it.
I loved me some Kyan, yummy goodness. He really helps Calla come out of her shell.
He isn’t looking for long term and neither is she. So it works.
Enter Hunter, old high school crush who just happens to be Kyan’s brother.. Ohhh yeah things are about to go down.
I love the dynamic, I loved the little bit of drama not to much but enough. And I just all around loved this book.
I am looking forward to more by this author.
I very much enjoyed Kai and Wen’s narration they really brought these characters to life. I loved the emotion Kai can put in to her voice and make it fell more like a story you watching rather than just listening to.

Well I quiet enjoyed this book.
I wasn’t really sure what I was getting to be honest because well I didn’t read the blurb but I was hooked from the very start.
I really liked Calla, I didn’t really like her roommate only because I kind of felt like she is happy to coast through her life.
The roommate isn’t really happy and she if fine with that.
Calla on the other hand is open to new things sure she is hesitant but I like that she went for it.
I loved me some Kyan, yummy goodness. He really helps Calla come out of her shell.
He isn’t looking for long term and neither is she. So it works.
Enter Hunter, old high school crush who just happens to be Kyan’s brother.. Ohhh yeah things are about to go down.
I love the dynamic, I loved the little bit of drama not to much but enough. And I just all around loved this book.
I am looking forward to more by this author.

I was so lucky to be involved with this book from when it was just a thought in Victoria's mind. She has created a book that is so much more than just two brothers and one girl. The book had me smiling, crying and by the end I truly fell in love. This book is different from the other books that Victoria has written. She continues to raise the bar from one book to the next. This is hands down my favorite book by far from her. She truly created something special. Victoria will bring you on a journey in this book. It is so well written and well told. You will feel for Kyan and Hunter as they both have there reasons for sleeping with the Calla. Whether you agree with Calla or not you will understand why she was with both brothers and you won't think any less of her. This book maybe a taboo subject but it was wildly exciting and hot! Congratulations Victoria you have created yet another masterpiece to add to the collection! I'm so excited for everyone to read it! There is only one question.... The Wilder Brothers are waiting for you! Are you ready for them?

I have two words... WILDER BROTHERS!!!! Whoa!! These guys are hot, scorching hot!!! Victoria Ashley always gives you the steamiest stories!! The idea of two brothers and one girl scared me a little. I was afraid of being constantly torn! I don't want to give up too much but I can say I LOVED the concept of this and was never anything but happy I was experiencing Hunter and KYAN!!! Read this!!!

WOW!! What another amazing fun, quick grab me by the thighs read! Victoria has really done it again! From start to finish I was so indulged by every word and scene. And wow those scenes *drool* I would highly recommend this once it hits shelves you will not be disappointed.

This was a sexy and easy listen. There wasn't any heavy lifting and the story was fairly predictable, but it kept me entertained and was hot, hot, hot! The blurb might confuse readers, but it wasn't a love triangle or menage. It's 3 consenting adults (2 of which happen to be brothers) having fun and not wanting any commitments. Of course, as time passes, feelings start to get involved and it was interesting to see that all play out.
The narration really took this story to the next level and Wen Ross was absolutely delicious as Kyan. I really liked that underneath the rough alpha exterior, Kyan was a thoughtful and sweet hero, putting Calla's needs and wants above his own. Kai Kennicott was perfect as Calla, but it was her performance as Tori that really stole the show! Tori had me laughing out loud tons of times in this story and she had some of the best dialogue in the book. I enjoyed her pops of comic relief a lot. I didn't care much for Hunter, but maybe if some chapters had been in his POV, I would have felt differently. He's an unapologetic manwhore, but at least he did redeem himself a bit at the end.
If you're looking for a fun and steamy listen, you don't want to miss Thrust!

My take on the sexy Wilder boys. Are you ready? ;)
Since everyone is dying to know about the sexy boys I'll start with the girls first. HA! You thought I would do the boys first, didn't you?
I want to first say I was excited for this book, though I didn't know why. My initial reaction was probably just curiosity in how this was going to play out, because you ALWAYS have to choose in the end. I went into this blind. I had no idea how this was going to go, so I didn't know any spoilers.
I will start by saying that I absolutely loved Calla and Tori's relationship. The two insane girls made me laugh with their playful banter on several occasions. I will say that Tori is a strong character and if Victoria doesn't give me her book soon I will be ill. I absolutely fell in love with her personality and it only continued to grow. There is a definite question that lingers in the air with her and a certain hot guy but I will not reveal that major spoiler HA!
Calla is just an overall good heroine. Sure she had a bad breakup, but she didn't let it make her into a whiney, weak girl. I will tell you I probably would have kicked ass more had I been her though. That shit was messed up. Every girl has a "what if" person from the past. Some get the chance to act on it to realize what it really was and some spend forever in question. I actually loved watching this play out.
Kyan Wilder. Well I'm just going to say #showerscene hell to the yes. That boy can get freaky and I loved every bloody steamy one. I'm not even really sure how to describe his character. He was that overall "likable" guy but he could still be sexy, hot, and domineering in the bedroom. He was strong yet caring and he knew what he wanted in life as far as a career and went after it, but never let it take the place of important things. He really was the whole package when it came to a woman's "perfect male checklist"
Hunter Wilder. Holy hell there was just something about that sexy partier that said pick me. I loved that even though they were brothers they were so different. SO VERY DIFFERENT. It doesn't matter how perfect Kyan is, Hunter definitely made it hard at times to know what team you wanted to go for, but that's what I loved about it. It kept me guessing. There was never a moment that I skimmed through b/c I "knew" what was going to happen.
Victoria, this read was refreshing. It is my all time favorite read from you. It was light but sexy and had me laughing, sad, getting angry, and rooting at times throughout. I absolutely LOVED the wilder boys. Get ready for the wild ride. Which #Wilderboy will you choose? Get #Thrusted ;)
I'm going to leave you with this. It was probably my all-time favorite "take-me-back-to-high-school" type scene. There is always a love for the characters that make you feel young again ;)
