He joined the club for family. And the stability. But then a deal goes bad.
Sent to assess the fallout, he expects violence and betrayal. What he doesn’t expect is her. Handcuffed and climbing out of police custody through the cruiser window. He got her out of there. She repaid him by handcuffing him to a bed.
Now someone’s trying to kill her—and he’s the only one who can help keep her alive. With a deal gone wrong, a target on her back, and pasts neither of them can outrun, they’re forced into a dangerous alliance.
Safe houses won’t hold. Secrets won’t stay buried. And the closer the get to the truth, the harder they will fight to protect what is quietly taking hold between them…
Jessica Gadziala is a USA Today bestselling author who lives in rural New Jersey with her parrots, dogs, and an ever-growing collection of houseplants. A lifelong dreamer, she’s been writing stories since childhood and published her first book in 2015. When not at her desk, she’s usually feeding backyard birds, rewatching crime dramas, period pieces, and 90s supernatural TV shows, or adding to her towering stacks of unread books.
Caymen drops you straight into the kind of chaos, danger, and reluctant‑alliance chemistry that Jessica Gadziala does best.
The latest in the Golden Glades Henchmen world has it all - adrenaline and intimacy, danger and tenderness, two people who shouldn’t fit but absolutely do.
In a surprise, it wasnt any animals that stole the show, for me it was Noa's dad and Caymen's foster dad.. Loved those two..
It never fails that these ladies who our Henchmen fall for always bring interesting situations to the club but it keeps them on their toes. Caymen and his little brother Dixon are our newest prospects to the Golden Glades chapter. Their names alone are funny but so unfortunate for anyone growing up. Their last name is Cider.... now read this together outloud...... yeah you read that right. 🤣 Caymen is 10 yrs older than Dixon and has always been the protector and leader.
Noa is a badass who knows how to take care of herself. She was raised by her dad who taught her how to fight, shot and be independent. Her line of work can be dangerous but she never relies on others.
They meet after Noa uses her flexibility to get out of a situation. There is instant attraction, push and pull and neither are shy. I could feel their chemistry through the pages, their vibes matched perfectly! I love how they are both independent but learn real fast that they enjoy being taken care of when needed. The respect Caymen shows Noa as she takes the lead is super hot! They are the perfect fit. The epilogue is one of my favorite and I had tears in my eyes. I can't wait for the next!
Ohhh, this story was FUN!! Banter & steam & a mystery. Hijinks! Suspense! And the healing joy of watching Caymen meet his forever. 😁
I love Noa! She's got this spark that made me grin quite a lot through the story. And her dad's cool. She also fits in with the club a lot. The relationship she builds with Dixon was a nice bonus, as was her birthday surprise for Caymen.
And we get to know a bit more about Zayn, which was fantastic!
I mayve only missed 1 or 2 of your entire lot of books but also love an hate finishing them! The way you wrap people in to the story like their there is unbelievable. Im glad caymen got to experience true love and the parental support alotnof people need!
So good! Sweet and hot with a side of danger and a glimpse of your favorite guys. I love this author I never discuss the book because you should read it yourself and I think going in blind is perfect no spoilers from me!
Strong Couple, Great Heat, but Some Choices Held This Back
Jessica Gadziala biker romances are always a fun surprise drop, and this one had a lot of what I love about her work — a badass FMC, an equally intense MMC, and a world that keeps expanding in wild directions. That said, the universe is getting so sprawling that I genuinely need a character guide or a “previously on…” at the start of each book just to keep track of who belongs where.
Noa was fantastic. A criminal-world broker with a sharp mind and sharper instincts, and Caymen meets her when a deal goes sideways — or so it seems. The reveal that the sellers were simply high and the real villain was a twisted family connection was dark and compelling, but the conclusion didn’t land as satisfyingly as I wanted. Lance caused lifelong harm, and I’m really hoping Nate didn’t forgive him off-page because that would feel wildly unearned. Lately some villains in this world aren’t getting the retribution they deserve, and it’s starting to stand out.
I also didn’t love that Caymen broke into Noa’s place early on. Yes, it sparked their chemistry and set the plot in motion, but it’s still not my favorite setup. And both Noa and Caymen get hurt a lot in this book — enough that it pulled me out of the story at times. Add in the fact that we never get an “I love you” scene (which Gadziala sometimes withholds), and that emotional payoff felt incomplete.
But the parts that worked really worked. Caymen and Dixon’s dynamic was great, and I would’ve happily taken more of it. Noa and Caymen meet immediately, and the story doesn’t waste time getting them together. Their early attraction is obvious, and their first charged moment — complete with handcuffs — was intense, funny, and a perfect showcase of Noa’s capability. Caymen clocks it instantly.
Their time on the run is where the book shines. Forced proximity gives them space to open up about their childhoods, their desires, their fears, and their future. Their physical connection is intense but grounded, and the aftercare moment was especially thoughtful. Caymen being a competent, emotionally mature adult was refreshing — Noa is hyper-independent, so watching someone step up without her having to ask was deeply satisfying.
I loved the reunion with Caymen, Sam, and Dixon, and Noa facilitating that was a great touch. Caymen’s bond with Noa’s dad was unexpectedly sweet. And the glimpses of Zayn? I’m counting the days until his book. Same for Daniyal, Broker and Harmon’s best friend, the Florida and Shady Valley crime families, and — please — the Texas sister chapter. There are so many threads I’m dying to see pulled.
A fast, steamy, character-driven entry with a great central couple — just held back by a few choices that kept it from hitting the emotional high notes I wanted.

📖Genre & Tropes📖 : romance biker x Florida setting x badass heroine x Found family x Forced proximity x He falls first x suspens-ish plot x primal kink x spicy
OUUUUUUI !!
A sizzling hot biker romance that I absolutely loved !
Well, it's no secret, Jessica Gadziala is one of my favorite authors, and her bikers are among my absolute favorites <3 And Caymen is no exception !
I didn't expect to love this book so much, but how could I not ? Their first meeting was perfect : Noa is so badass and confident, and Caymen can't help but fall for her … Even if it means ending up handcuffed to a bed xD
The plot could have been a little longer, especially the ending, because I would have liked more details, but the romance was perfect (that scene in the forest … PFIOULALA <3) and all the tension surrounding the kidnappings and everything (and the disappearance of the weapons … I loved the resolution xD)
In short, a steamy and suspenseful biker romance that I adored !
P.S. : Do I need a volume with Zayn ??? YES YES YES !!
Caymen is the twelfth book in the Golden Glades Henchmen MC series by Jessica Gadziala. This is Caymen and Noa’s book.
I’ve liked Caymen since he started prospecting for the Club. In this story, we learn more about his past and how much he sacrificed and did for his younger brother Dixon. We also witness how much Dixon loves and respects Caymen.
Caymen was attracted to Noa when he first saw her and became protective of her pretty quickly. For someone as tough and independent as she was, Noa realized how nice it was to have someone not only take her back but also take care of her for a change.
Zayn (the wealthy arms dealer we've met in earlier books) is in this one too, and I am really hoping we get his book soon. I also liked getting to know Dixon better and can’t wait to watch him find his HEA. Two new characters were introduced towards the end that really added to the story, that I was glad to meet and glad they played the part they did with Caymen and Noa as they lived their HEA.
I enjoyed this book and thought Caymen and Noa were really cute together. They handled the problems that came their way while respecting the other person’s boundaries. The Club helped as well, so there were appearances by some of the other Club members. Also, I think something's up with Arty, their computer guy that I bet we'll learn about in future story(s).
I love all the Henchmen and have enjoyed all the different spinoffs that we've gotten about all these great characters. JG is an automatic purchase for me, so I cannot wait to see which story we will get next.
Ohh my. Primal play you say?.. YUM. I'll take 1000 plz.
Noa- fun fact that was supposed to be my daughters name so naturally I LOVE it. Noa is a bad ass independent, not a care to give but also sweet kind of gal who keeps her buisness in check and is runs it all by herself. I loved her.
Caymen is just delicious. All manner of tall dark and dirty. He's flirty, sweet and protective. He loves hard and is loyal to a fault. He's an all around delight!.
These two had chemistry from the jump and baby the tension did not disappoint. I love me a couple who don't try to fight the inevitable. Granted the circumstances of their union were less than ideal but boy did it create moments that had me in a choke hold.
The chemistry is spot on and the connection that blossomed was sweet and straight up from the beginning. No drama, at least between them. It was just two people who clicked when their worlds collided. I laughed, swooned and of course the epilogue had my heart!.
I'm just saying now... zayn... my man... come to momma. JESSICA... WE MUST HAVE HIM! and Teddy damnit!! Give me Teddy!
Anywho.. loved it!. As per Jessie you can do no wrong in my eyes.
I love this book, but that's nothing new. I love all of Jessica's books. This story is action-packed, captivating, and exciting.
An outlaw biker meets a, let's call her, "trade broker." Or, in other words, a bad boy meets an even more badass woman. To tell the truth, the heroine is probably tougher than most of the bikers 😂
Caymen has his hands full with her. When she's not threatening his life, he's trying to save hers.
The book is an eventful, raw, but incredibly romantic story. Well, in an outlaw biker style. This time, the excitement doesn't really have anything to do with the bikers and their business. This time, it's the woman who's causing the trouble. Yes, not the first time in the series 😉 The bikers' wives tend to get into some kind of trouble every time shortly after meeting the men.
I can't reveal any more. It would spoil all the fun if I told you more.
If you love MC outlaw biker romances, then this book is a must-read for you.
A great HEA is also included, of course, and a brief glimpse into the couples' futures (I love this so much).
Always love returning to this author's worlds. The banter between characters is delightful. The MCs discussing riding a bike,
“That wasn’t your first time on one, was it?” “First time riding bitch.” That got a half-smile out of him. And, damn, it did intriguing things to his already annoyingly handsome face. He leaned back against the door, crossing his arms, and letting his eyes slip closed. “What are you doing?” “Just imagining that for a minute,” he said. “Any chance you were topless at the time?” “Nothing but a G-string,” I lied. “And a pair of stilettos.”
And this conversation between brothers,
“Dunno. Think I could take you. Been working out.” “Playing chicken fight with girls in the pool doesn’t count.” “It’s weight training.” “Oh, please. Say that to one of the girls. I dare you.” He chuckled at that.
I liked the two dads. And the comedy of the four stoners and their frog god.
Golden Glades Henchmen MC #12, Caymen by Jessica Gadziala
Jessica Gadziala’s ability to craft complex characters with raw emotions makes this instalment stand out. The chemistry between the leads is electric, and the tension keeps you turning pages late into the night.
What really elevates this book is the balance between the tough MC lifestyle and the softer, more vulnerable moments showing the characters’ growth and struggles.
The plot is well-paced, with enough twists and surprises to keep it exciting without feeling rushed. Fans of the series will appreciate the continuity and new readers can enjoy it as a standalone, though reading earlier books enhances the experience.
A top-notch addition to the series, Caymen is a compelling mix of danger, passion, and heartfelt connection. I’m looking forward to the next book in the series!
Something goes badly wrong when the Henchmen’s gun shipment is stored with an intermediary instead of going directly to a buyer. The broker in this instance, just so happens to be a complete bad@ss woman, trained her entire life by her former CIA father. But not even her incredible abilities can stop the train of events that puts her directly in Caymen’s line of sight.
Without giving away the story, this book has EVERYTHING – superb action, intrigue, some wicked fight scenes, undeniable attraction and the kind of gut-wrenching, soul-searching personal history reveals that will stay with you for a very long time.
Absolutely brilliant addition to Jessica Gadziala's Henchmen world!
Caymen was a fantastic read! It kept me on my toes the entire time with everything happening throughout the story. I definitely had to finish this one in one sitting.
Cayman is a part of the Golden Glades chapter. They are getting ready to do a pickup when they find out there may be trouble. Noa is a broker. She is the middleman of the transaction when all of the trouble starts. As Caymen tries to help Noa, and the club, find their missing product drama ensues. And it is fun to read about!
Another great story by Jessica Gadziala. Once I recover from my book hangover, I will be very ready for another chapter of the MC’s story!
This was a fun, cute, quick read. I wish there was more interaction of the club, but it was a good time no less. I am interested in what's going on with Artie...I hope to see more from Dixon and Velle. And the billionaire has me intrigued.
