What do you expect from a book with this title? Well you get exactly what it says. A quick read, describing the "run:walk" method in detail. I must say it's quite interesting that the author can fill books with this method. Very short summary: it's okay to walk when running sometimes, and sometimes a short walk in between could even make you finish a race faster overall.
