EFFECTIVE SELF-HELP BOOK FOR PANIC ATTACK SUFFERERS, January 23, 2016

This self-help book provides mental (and written) exercises and tips for sufferers of this "invisible" problem. It is written in a language that anyone can understand and, if followed, point by point, is quite effective. It has already helped me over some rough spots I've been having recently, and I thank Dr. Alison for her suggestions. For the most part, the techniques entail separating the illogical from the logical, and Dr. Alison provides the tools to do this. I sincerely hope that other sufferers will pick up this book. They will be amazed at how empowered they feel after they read it.

I am so grateful to you, Dr. Alison.

I have this book in audio. For some reason this book is nowhere to be found anymore. I am clueless. This book is true healing to anxiety. While I am not sure this is the same book, it is almost identical title and same author. This is the best book on anxiety I ever encountered.

A short and helpful book for actively managing anxiety and panic disorder that I personally recommend for anyone who is afflicted.

Facing your own fears is perhaps the hardest thing a person can do, but it is fundamental to the human experience.

A quick yet powerful read. The information is very accessible yet not too dumbed down.
Includes some effective questions and an emphasis on reason and hope.
