I don’t usually write reviews, but this book hooked me and refused to let go. It throws you straight into a high-stakes legal nightmare where nothing is what it seems and everyone has an agenda. Just when you think you’ve figured it out, the story shifts again. I loved the courtroom tension, political pressure, and personal danger colliding in a way that makes it nearly impossible to stop reading. Looking forward to reading more from this author.

Totally enjoyed this first book of new author, Philip Puglisi - he clearly knows his legal stuff! It was a page turner right from the start and had an unexpected twist at the end...which I was dying to get to! Looking forward to his character's next adventures - sounds like another book is in the works.
