This was a good story, but the letters were very hard to read...I understand the writer was a young woman from a different era, but they were all over the place.
I've read all the other books in this series and enjoyed them, but I must say this is my least favourite.
I will probably read the next one though!

Quickly got bored with the all letters and skipped through most of them. I read the first three books between 2018 and 2021, and I don't remember Jane having such a temper, but I did enjoy them and gave them all 5*. I'll have to re-read them and refresh my memory.

I had been waiting for another book in the Jayne Maddern series for a long time.
Always enjoyed everyone but, not this book.
I was bored with the amount of letters Jayne read, taking up a good chunck of chapters. I thought it finished too sudden also.
Will read another if there will be one.
