Another great book by Dianna Houx in the Holiday Countdown Series! I found this series through a Facebook ad in October 2025 and can’t get enough of the adventures in Winterwood. I read all her books available at the time in just 3 weeks and would immediately read her new ones as they were released. I was so excited when Dianna announced another book was coming and I couldn’t wait to read it. As always there is always some craziness that goes on with the holiday experiences as Grace tries to show her guests a good time. And I love that we get to have returning characters along with some of her guests coming back to join in on the fun. The books always leave me with a smile on my face and wanting more. I am excited to see where Dianna’s next book takes us with Granny and Gladys and the trip to California. I think it is going to be another crazy adventure.

I really enjoyed this book as it kept me on my toes wanting to see what was happening next. I had a hard time putting this book down and finished it in two days. I loved the storyline and it keeps you guessing about what’s going to happen next! I thought the author did a great job continuity the characters that have been in the previous books of the series. Can’t wait to read her next book!
