Great Start To New Series
This is the first book in the Blood Rebels MC series and it’s off to a great start with Fox and Tessa’s story. Fox is the Road Captain for the MC and Tessa is working at a diner and taking care of her ill mother.
I fell in love with Fox and Tessa and was rooting for them throughout. Their journey wasn’t an easy one but that only made this story better. I cannot wait to see what comes next in this series.

This was my first time reading a Lizzie James book, but I love an MC romance, so I couldn't resist.
Fox is a typical biker...gruff, brooding and a man with skeletons in his cupboard, a cupboard that he keeps firmly closed. That is, until Tessa.
Tessa is the quiet woman who's world revolves around caring for her sick Mum. She has no room for a man in her life, until Fox changes that.
This is a lovely romance, albeit with some darker elements that will have you rooting for the characters to get their HEA.
This was a good solid page turner for me and I can't wait to meet the rest of the MC members.

This is the first book from Lizzie James that I have read, but not the first MC book. I love a good MC series. Fox starts out this series on a strong note. Although at times I felt some of the writing was a little weak I absolutely enjoyed the storyline and character development.
Foxes character as the road captain of the MC, a recovering addict and really all around. Pretty cool guy was great. He falls in love with Tessa from a distance and becomes a borderline stalker. Lol
Tessa‘s got her hands full with a waitressing job and taking care of her sick mom and doesn’t have the time in her day or life for anything else. But she falls for fox and his dog pretty quickly.
I actually like how well they came together and how early in the story. Usually you have to wait for the entire book for characters to come together. These two came together pretty quickly, which actually helped develop the two characters and all things that they have to conquer individually and together.

This was a great start to the series and the story of Fox and Tessa. Fox is a recovering addict and doesn’t think he is allowed to be happy or in league with Tessa. Tessa hasn’t had much time in her life for anything, especially with her mom battling Cancer, and Tessa taking care of everything.
Fox is semi-stocking Tessa, and doing a ok job at it. When the club becomes involved with their well meaning interference, it turns everything around for them both.
Tessa gradually earns Fox’s respect and love, and also the clubs respect, for bring Fox back to his old self.
When trouble hits to close to home , Fox and the club will do anything to rescue and protect Tessa and take out the people who are threatening both her and the women of the town.
When Tessa’s mom is rushed to the hospital and soon passes, the club and Fox step up to support her and make sure she is doing the best that she can do.

New author for me , I totally got in to this book . I loved Fox and Tessa , I also loved the side characters too the brothers of the Blood Rebels and Alice, Tessa’s friend and former friend of the Pres.
The action was gripping, the connection between Tess’s loan shark and Fox’s past was good. A mutual enemy to cement the connection, just as he came in to her life when she was about to be alone or possibly planning to leave the world after her mum died.
The developing bond between Tessa and Latch the president was interesting, she reminds him of his late sister and you can see a big brother/lil sis relationship starting between them with the cheeky comments from her and his nickname of buttercup for her.
The whole club has adopted her now, she has more family than she knows what to do with now.
I will be following this club

He’s faced challenges and struggles that have him believing he’s not worthy of her. Tessa sees something in Fox that she can’t let go of. He’s her rock when her world implodes and he wants her forever. It’s a wild ride filled with danger and hardships that bring them closer together. It’s an amazing story and I loved the characters and the well written hurdles that help make their journey more believable and beautiful in the end.

Fox is my first read by this author and book 1 in the Blood Rebels MC. It's Fox and Tessa's story and it's not only a fantastic introduction to this new to me author, it's a fantastic start in this new series. Their journey is absolutely consuming. We get to be a part of it from the beginning and be a part of the growth, the ups and downs and them finally coming together permanently. Both of them already have had pretty big obstacles to overcome and Tessa is still climbing her hill as caregiver to her mom. This story is well written with characters that you can easily fall in love with and a storyline that pulls you in so completely. I can't wait for book 2!

Fox is an ex junkie whose brothers from the MC have kept him straight. He becomes obsessed with a 22-year-old waitress named Tessa. These two are joined by tragedy and a connection. The two both feel. I love how broken Fox thinks he is, but his heart already belongs to Tessa and he has to learn to trust himself. This action pack book is edgy intense, and a great introduction to the Blood Rebels MC this left me looking forward to the next book in the series. What a great way to start a series.

Fox and Tessa completely stole the show for me. I loved that Fox isn’t your typical brooding biker, he is absolutely smitten with Tessa from the very first moment he lays eyes on her. Watching him fiercely protect this sweet, hardworking girl who is doing everything she can for her terminally ill mum is just incredibly tender and emotional.

I absolutely adored Fox and Tessa's story. Fox is the definition of protective MMC.
This story also brought tears to my eyes and had me cheering for our couple. Its definitely a page turner and you won't want to stop reading once you start.
I love the dynamic with our couple and the side character's who I hope they all get their own story especially Latch and Alice.

This is my first read by this author and book 1 in the Blood Rebels MC. Fox & Tessa’s journey will consume you with all the ups and downs, the uncertainty, and the obstacles they face daily. They learn that facing them all together makes them stronger. I can’t wait to get the next book
