The explosive debut of -The Kill Fix- by D.G. Elliott is one of the best books that I have read this year. Following the free novella -The Fix Is In-, available on Amazon, -The Kill Fix- keeps the action and excitement moving at breakneck speed!

Super quick read, and very entertaining.
Former Special Forces Operative Frank Fix is haunted by ghosts of his past, but brought back into the field after learning of one of his former teammates being Killed.
During his investigation, he teams up with DEA Special Agent Kate Martens. They make great partners in and out of the field. Can they find who is responsible for murdering his former teammate as well as stop a war caused by unknown singleton?
I have no doubt that David DG Elliot has created a new character that everyone will want to read.

Wow, what a great read. The Kill Fix is the first full lenght adventure with Frank "Fix" Xavier. There is a introductionary story available titled The Fix Is In that you don't want to miss. D.G. Elliot was mentioned by a friend on social media and I checked into him and thought this sounds like something for me. Well after reading these two stories by Elliott I can for sure say that this will be the greatest surprise of 2026 for me. I had the fortune of getting the first story at a real bargain on Amazon and I believe that pre orders are really affordable. I was lucky enough to get a copy from the author and have some goodies on the way in the mail. Frank Xavier is a well put together character even though he doesn't have everything in order. He tries to keep himself away from troubles but it finds him, again and again. I was really surprised with the timegap between the two first stories but that gives us opportunity to go back in time later and fill that void. I do however think that the future hold enough of adventures in store for "Fix". The next book is allready mentioned as coming out in the end of this year, which for me is great news. I really do recommend this author and series for fans of great thrilling reading. I also must send a thank you to the author for this copy.

Very solid covert operative action thriller. The protagonist is likable and super competent. The story is rich with action and intrigue, but the tale is written in under 300 pages which is worth a star by itself in my ratings. I will definitely read the next book in the series- already purchased it!

Read the prequel which got myself interested in this series. This book rates a bit higher than 4 which won't disappoint.
Character development plus plenty of action keeps you reading.
The only downside is that FIX is the only agent available throughout the missions but equipment and supplies are readily available.
Overall a decent read.

THE KILL FIX is a fascinating dive into a desperate quest to prevent a terror attack on US soil. Frank Xavier (FIX) is a character you'll remember long after you finish reading. D.G. Elliott is an author to watch!
