By the late 1970s it seems that Creepy was publishing as much science fiction and sword and sorcery stuff as regular old horror. In this volumes, I found the science fiction and robot stories to be quite enjoyable, but most of the sword and sorcery just didn't do it for me (although it is a genre I like). Good to great artwork throughout.

I was lucky and collected a full set of these magazines and got a chance to read the fantastic stories and enjoy the incredible art from many of the greats, many of who got their start here, from the comic world. If you like offbeat horror, supernatural, SiFi and just plan different stories then these are the magazines for you. Very recommended

I enjoyed this collection more than I thought I would. The collection contains three "special issues" a sci-fi issue, a sword-and-sorcery issue and a robots issue. At first, I was expecting pretty much run-of-the-mill stories with little originality, but actually I thought Warren pulled off all three issues quite well.
