An informative book where the emphasis is on enjoying what you do rather than doing it for the sake of it. With detailed descriptions and pictures throughout, how to build the best workout programme for yourself and then how to adapt it if need too. The text is a bit small on the ebook, but that is an issue with me as Im getting older. Amelia again uses real people as examples to help guide the reader on how to adapt and fit in these workouts. An excellent read for anyone who wants to learn how to do pilates and make it a part of their daily life.

I loved the format of this book. Not only does it provide the history behind Pilates it also shares exercises that helps build core strength, flexibility and tones the body as well. It is easy to read and follow along and makes a great book to have on hand in a home gym.
