The last couple chapters are particularly useful for professional coaches, it gives tips/tricks on handling the initial consult, usage of fieldwork in the arc of the plan of care, etc. A lot of it seems simple (e.g. express problems in past tense and potential options in present and future tense) but when taken altogether, you get a pretty solid model for keeping your coaching focused and useful for the different personality types.
