I was so excited to read this and I was not disappointed. I've always loved CJ's writing, and when you add in a fake dating story, I knew this would be great. My only gripe - it was too short! But honestly, it was a great set up, romance pacing was great and had a satisfying end (more than one if you want that innuendo).

Ella has a mom problem. Colin has a visibility issue. They have a mutual crush from their teen years. Hijinks ensue with just the right amounts of snark and heart. A+ would watch the reality show.

For obvious reasons I’m very picky when it comes to protagonists with this name, but had a great time reading this! I’m not a contemporary romance girlie and often struggle to buy into fake-dating tropes but it was both plausible and emotionally coherent in this book
