Knot Just a Spectator: An FFM Omegaverse

Rate this book
I’ve been stupidly obsessed with my trainer since the day I stepped onto the mats at Knotlocke.
She’s a domme with steel in her spine and zero tolerance for my bullshit, and I’ve been dying for her to put me on my knees ever since.
Then the star player of the women’s MMA team, the same woman I’ve spent the last year trading insults and dirty looks with, ends up on the Flower Auction block as one of the Alphas in the lineup.
So, I do what any sane, slightly unhinged Omega would do.
I win her for the night.
Little do I know she’s already in the trainer’s office when I come looking for my prize.
Well, it was nice of fate to put both desserts in the right place for me, wasn’t it?
They have absolutely no idea what they’re in for, but when I’m done, I’m going to be mated.
Twice.
Knot Just a Spectator is a standalone 18+ MFF Kinky RomCom Sports Novella set at Knotlocke Academy.

First, thank you so much for allowing me to ARC read this in exchange for my honest opinion!

Secondly, miss lady, this was a good one. It was exactly the kind of quick, engaging read I needed. Sometimes you want a book that you can dive into, enjoy in one sitting, and finish with a smile on your face, and this novella absolutely delivered.

I really loved the dynamic between Sol, Blair, and Roxie. Each of them brought something different to the relationship, and I enjoyed watching their connection develop throughout the story. Even with the shorter novella length, I felt like their personalities came through well, and their interactions kept me invested from beginning to end.

The pacing was fast, but for a novella, it worked really well. It never felt like it dragged, and there was always something happening to keep me turning the pages. It ended up being the perfect palate cleanser before jumping into another book.

One of my favorite things about this story was that it was one of my first experiences reading a throuple with two female Alphas, and I absolutely loved that aspect. It felt fresh and different from what I typically read, and I enjoyed seeing the dynamics play out. The relationship felt balanced, engaging, and unique, which made the story stand out even more for me.

Overall, this was a fun, fast-paced, and enjoyable read with lovable characters, great relationship dynamics, and a refreshing take on the genre. It was the perfect novella for when you’re looking for something quick, entertaining, and easy to get lost in for a few hours. I definitely enjoyed my time with Sol, Blair, and Roxie, and I’m so glad I had the opportunity to read it! 💕📚✨

Review:
This book was fine. I’ve learned I’m not a fan of reading books where the fmc is dominant. It’s fine if she’s strong, holds all the power, and stuff like that, but when the main focus is dominant fmc and submissive mmc, I’m just not a fan. Also, for some reason, reading FF hasn’t captivated me. I did like the forbidden aspect of this book and the plot in general. Overall, it was a fun, short read for those who are interested. I just wasn’t, but wanted to give FF romance another chance. I did enjoy Blair and Sol as characters but not in a relationship. I didn’t really connect with Roxie as much. If you’re interested, I highly recommend checking this book out. It just wasn’t for me.

My Review – N. Slater’s Knot Just a Spectator: An FFM Omegaverse (Knotlocke Academy)

We’ve had esports, football, baseball, basketball, and now… wrestling?! And honestly, I was here for every second of it!

Blair, Sol, and Roxie completely stole the show for me. Their personalities, chemistry, and interactions made this novella such an entertaining and addictive read. I loved watching their relationships develop and seeing how their lives became intertwined throughout the story.

N. Slater did a fantastic job introducing each character while building a fun, engaging storyline packed with humor, tension, and plenty of heart. The dynamic between these three kept me invested from beginning to end.

No spoilers from me, but if you’re looking for a quick, spicy, character-driven Omegaverse romance with wrestling, strong female Alphas, and a delightfully bratty Omega, this one is definitely worth picking up!

Highly recommend!

Enjoyed

I always enjoy N slaters books. There is something about their writing that keeps me wanting more with each book or series. This one was a good one. It was a quick read but engaging. I didn’t feel like I wanted to drop it, instead I found it so good. I do wish it was longer because I did enjoy the characters so much.

The dynamic between Sol, Blair and Roxie was so good. Each was different and unique in their own way. I liked how their connection developed and the way their relationship was goin.

Overall this was a good quick read for the novella. I just wish it had more to it lol. Because I enjoyed this book so much!

Quick fast-paced omegaverse read, and its so sweet my teeth hurt.

Loved Blair, loved his happy bubbly golden retriever vibe, loved how he sees his nest in the people he cares about, and loved how he wanted to be seen as more than just a pretty face and body.

Sol and Roxie both highly dominant Alphas that both work so well with Blair and how he operates.

Great read!

This is a fast sexy read.
Blair is a brat, omega and he really want his coach and the star MMA fighter for the woman's team. Both are Alpha's, dominate and ready to take him on.

Another great addition to the Knotlocke series! Spicy, fun, angsty and so full of love.

Blairs' struggle to understand love from desire and his journey to accept being loved is so real and relatable. The girls are both lovable and I loved their evolution into something more while keeping true to each other, truly healthy communication between lovers.

Slater writes in a way that's easily digestible and simply keeps you glued to the pages.

I love this series! Its short, sweet and spicy! I really like the characters in this one. I love when we dont have the standard dynamics. The male omega that is only with female alphas doesnt happen often and I really enjoyed it. I cant wait for the next book!
