It showed that we really have no idea the effects of all the "daily conveniences" we have added to our lives have on us, and how the medical profession discounts the possibility of alternative solutions. Good read.

Easy to read with a lot of eye-opening concepts and experiences. Great for the ‘holistic skeptic’ as it explains concepts and outcomes in detail and a very relatable and enjoyable read for the ‘holistic expert’. Includes plenty of valuable resources.
