What if your mental health was telepathically shared with your mates?
That’s the reality Valeria, Third daughter of an aristocrat Earth house, finds herself in. The major issue? She has clinical OCD and other serious mental health concerns.
This book, like others in the author’s series, does not sugar coat mental heath issues and the trauma they can wreck on not just the sufferer but those who love them. A hard solid look at mental health and the institutions some sufferers get placed in, with the unique twist of an alien mate bond that involves telepathy and emotion sharing. In this case, the MMCs are twins who couldn’t be more different from each other except in their love for Valeria. You’ll be cheering for this trio to find a treatment plan and get their happily ever after.
This book presupposes familiarity with other works in the author’s universe, and if you haven’t read them you might feel a bit lost with the alien species descriptions and some of the political significance.
If you’re looking for a scifi story with heart, action, and some spice, you’ll really enjoy this book!
