Alphas Gone Wild

I received this as an ARC for my honest review.

First off, I have to say I love boxed sets because they give you a chance to find new authors at a great price. Plus if you don't like a story you can simply skip to the next one without feeling too guilty that you've wasted money. This box set featured shape-shifters and all the stories were short enough to read on your lunch break. Overall, the boxed set had a little something for everyone who loves shape-shifters. And I now have a few more authors to add to my TBR pile.
Touch of the Alpha by Catherine Vale: This was a BBW romance.
Wild for the Lion by Kristen Stassel: This was the only one in the series where I felt that the story just simply ended without any resolution at all. Not sure if there is supposed to be more installments or what happened.
Masked Desire by Crystal Dawn: This one could have been a first in a series but one I definitely wouldn't mind reading more of. The men all know who their mates are but none of the women want anything to do with shifters.
Harvest Moon by Tabitha Conall: This one was a M/F/M. Definitely an author I would look for more from.
Getting Bear by Ever Coming: This one had the best line for the heroine as she spots her boyfriend as a bear for the first time. "Yeah, she read too much shifter-crack!" I loved that line. Definitely an author I would look for more from.
Torment by Alison Woods: This one was the first entry in a serial so I have to say I skipped it.

What a fabulous collection of shifter stories! You know how sometimes in anthologies there are usually a couple that you just don't really care for, or can't get into? Well, that's NOT the case here. Each and every story grabbed my attention and made me want to discover other work by the author. I love the protective, sexy and sometimes overbearing alpha male, and this set is just filled with them!

Touch of Alpha-Catherine Vale
This was a really sweet shifter story of first loves. Violet had been in love with Denver for most of her life but over time they've grown apart and she never dreamed that her childhood friend would feel the same. Until their alpha has just died and Denver is been offered the alpha position but he needs to be mated. There is someone who is interested in filling in as mate but Denver realises that there has always been a very special someone who has held his heart. He realises that he has loved Violet for years and that he wants het for his mate!
Loved it. It was a really sweet love story done shifter style!

Pack Justice -Michelle Fox

Two alpha's, Kane and Mason find out they are seeing the same woman,
Sabrina. And they are equally pissed as they are hurt. But instead of sending her away they deliver a punishment together that she acceptS without complaint. She ends up with what she could only fantasized about!
Loved it, it was a really enjoyable story

A Cat's Tale -Melissa Snark

Jared stops off at a bar for a drink and a bite to eat when he ends up meeting a werecat and he knows that something is wrong as he can smell her fear and smells a trap. But with her scent and his intrigue he leaves with her. When he arrives at her place he realises his been drugged. When he comes round he hears the cat arguing with another woman which he scents as a vampire. Not sure what the vamp wants with him he makes a deal, he will give her his blood freely but he wants the cat. He ends up with a siamese werecat named Josephine. As a dominant alpha male, Jared hides that side of him to bide his time so he can come up with a plan to get them both him and his mate to freedom!
Wow this was truly an interesting book and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I loved the storyline and the characters. Loved it!

Wild for the Lion -Kristen Strassel

Daphne and Leo are residents of Woodland Park. Daphne is a doe and Leo is a lion. But many are not happy that they are mates and such an unusual pair. Leo is a ski instructor and they live in his cabin on the mountain. They run into trouble but the trouble doesn't end there!
I thought this was going to be an interesting story and it started well but then just ended abruptly. I'm not sure if this is a part but it doesn't say. If this is the end then it was too wierd to say if it was good or not!

Masked Desire -Crystal Dawn

This is a story about 6 werewolf men who have been rejected by their mates because they are wolves. They get together and come up with a plan to start a business that dealt with female fantasies. If their mates won't give them the time they will make it in a way of a night of fantasies. Their idea is to trap their females into accepting them. This is Luke & Sue Ellen's story!
I loved this story. I really enjoyed the concept of this story, it was different and interesting. The characters were dominant, stubborn and really really sweet. I will definately bee reading the other books in this series!

Dragon's Dewdrop -Ruby Glass

Rochelle worked and lived in a mansion along with the rest of the staff. She was the chef and cooked all the meals.Ecliptic is a dragon shifter and a prince of his people. His had his eye on Rochelle. Watching via his cameras. But he doesn't socialise with staff, it's one of his rules. Until one day he just can't help himself. But what he finds out shocks him and he chases her from his office. When he goes to find her to apologise for his behaviour he finds her duct taped and a stranger threatening him. When she finds them fighting, instead of running she helps him. This surprises him and and this time his not walking away!
This was a interesting book. It was different and enjoyable. Just enough amount dominance/submissive behaviour for me. However I do feel that at times she could still be submissive but have a little more back bone!

Cat Lover -Selena Kitt

I'm not even sure what to say about this book! It wasn't necessary a bad book just really really wierd. It didn't really have much of a storyline.

Ravished by The Ice Palace Pack -Ariana Hawkes

Delilah is a young werewolf. Her farther is in a meeting with with the most powerful packs in the region. He has told her not to wander off but been young she does exactly that. She gets caught by another pack and taken to their territory. Before the pack's annual mating frenzy can begin they have to share a female from another pack between all the males!
This was a short story. Not a bad storyline, very descriptive and cativating but just rushed and underdeveloped!

Harvest Moon -Tabiyha Conall
A crazy werewolf comes to Lunaville. His looking for a harem of wives and he has his sights set on Maddy. Before he can get too her Maddy finds her fated mates, Eli & Donovan. The trio have their own problems to work through. Then the crazy wolf attempts to kidnap Maddy. So not only do they have to work through their own troubles but they have to keep Maddy safe from a mad wolf!
I loved this book. It was a really enjoyable read. I loved the storyline and the characters and style of writing. However I did find the love scenes a bit shaky at times and that the interaction between the three couldn't have been more equaled but saying that I still loved it!

Getting Bear -Ever Caring

Victoria needs a break from work, so decides on a spa weekend. On her way to the spa her car breaks down and she manages to get help to the nearest town. She books into the only inn in town when she has this funny feeling come over her. When the inn's owner Bruno comes to help her with her bags, she realises his the cause of the feeling. He asks her out to dinner and she accepts. She can't believe how drawn she is to a complete stranger and he seems to feel the same. Everyones acting a bit wierd and she's a bit confused as to why. But when a challenger comes to Bruno's door everything is revealed and she realises what she is to Bruno!
I loved this book. It was a really enjoyable story. I liked the style of writing as well. However I do think that Victoria's whole acceptance of their mating and that her life would be completely changing would give some resistence but there wasn't any and just seemed a bit rushed. Saying that it was still really enjoyable!

Torment -Alisa Woods

Arianna is mated to a wolf she never wanted but she had no choice. He controls her and every part of her life. When she goes to college she's given a bodyguard, Jak. Overtime they develop feelings for each other but they know nothing can come of it. Their are rules in place and they are there for that very reason but will love conquer all!
This was a very short story but very enjoyable. The storyline is written well and the characters are very likable!

Touch of Alpha by Catherine Vale 5 Stars
Picking the right mate
When a packs old Alpha dies and a new one is to be picked and appointed, out comes the female wolves who want to be an Alphas mate. But the lead contender Denver seeks out an old friend for advise and finds sparks flying between the two. But there is another she wolf who is determined to be his mate. Great HEA that is well written and extremely entertaining to read.

Pack Justice by Michelle Fox 5 Stars
Punishment so good
Hot and steamy with a female wolf that finally gets caught two timing two Alphas. Problem is she loves them both. But when these two Alphas get together and believe it is just the two she's been with, they decide to punish her oh so good. Well written and very entertaining and very exciting to read.

A Cat’s Tale by Melissa Snark 5 Stars
Can Cat and Wolf play nice?
Wolf, Vampire and a kitty cat all take center stage of this book. The cat is collared and a prisoner of the Vampire. She lures the wolf into a trap hoping to save her own life. The wolf who's an Alpha plays submissive for the Vampire in hope to escape. But somehow the cats gotten under his defense's. Well written and very entertaining to read.

Wild for the Lion by Kristen Strassel 4 Stars (3.5)
Cougars don’t like to share
Doe shifter Daphne is mated to Lion shifter Leo and is on shaky ground with the cougars who want her gone. There is a great playful scene with the two of them before the cougars come out to scare Daphne.

Masked Desire by Crystal Dawn 5 Stars
Stubborn women and determined men/wolfs
This is a great story about 6 women who are of the white wolf blood line who have chosen to stay human. That also means the men/wolfs destined to be there mates are off limits, so they don’t date anyone who is a wolf. And 6 Men/wolfs who are there destined mates that have been rejected by these women and by chance find each other. But men are schemers and devise a plan to have one night with their chosen mate call Erotic Fantasies. Well written HEA that is very entertaining to read.

Dragon’s Dewdrop by Ruby Glass 5 Stars
Falling from the skies
Rochelle was a chef for a very wealthy, powerful and handsome man. But he was very particular and hard to please. Ecliptic is a prince and a Dragon but none of his staff knew that about him. After a fight the night before Rochelle finds what look like shiny due drops on the grass that turn out to be gems. To keep or not to keep? A bunch more happens in this well written self-contained story. Very entertaining and enjoyable to read.

Cat Lover by Selena Kitt
Cats taking out the vermin
In this self-contained story we have a repressed woman named Katie who’s Ex may have been the cause of it. We have Sebastian her current boyfriend and drama major in college with one year left. And we have the Ex boyfriend Malcolm who want some of his old baseball cards that Katie may still have. And then there’s the “prop” that Sebastian found of a cat that he had made into a necklace for Katie. Did I say she has like 13 or so cats? And has been studying to be a Vet, that is until he gets the Bast necklace. That’s all I can say because the stage is set for a very well written story that is very entertaining to read.

Ravished by The Ice Palace Pack by Ariana Hawkes 5 Stars
Intriguing and very Hot
One a year Delilah’s father and Alpha and some pack members make a pilgrimage to the north to align with other packs to keep the peace. This is the first one she gets to go on as an adult. Her father warns her not to stray away from the pack. But a bit defiant and happy to play in snow for the first time she does before anyone wakes up. What happens next is unlike anything I have ever read. At the Ice Palace Pack they have a tradition ever year that Delilah fit right into. But is she willing? Well written and very entertaining to read.

Harvest Moon by Tabitha Conall 5 Stars
Love and hate are close emotions
Ever since school Eli and Madison have been at odds with each other. Then she moved away. Then she came back for a job at the Library only to find out Eli and Donovan are her mates. They both think the other hate each other. Will it ever work out? Well written self-contained story. Very entertaining and enjoyable to read.

Getting Bear by Ever Coming 5 Stars
Hunk of an Appetizer
Curvy and beautiful Victoria was on her way to treat herself to a spa treatment when she get a flat tire in the middle of nowhere. Sheriff brings her into town and the only INN where her Libido starts to ramp up from a smell. Bruno, Major, Inn owner and bear shifter helps her to her cabin and then takes her to dinner. But foods not the only thing on the menu, Victoria want him for an appetizer. But there are a few trouble makers who don't want to see these two together. This is a fun and entertaining story to read.

Torment by Alisa Woods 5 Stars
Loving what you can't have
Arianna is a young woman and mated to the Alphas brother Mace and not fully by her choice. Jak is sent to help guard her while she goes to collage as per the alpha. If it was up to her mate she would never go anywhere. But while she is out with Jak she feel more than she ever has with her mate/alpha. But one day at the college someone’s try to capture her and Jak saves her. The after adrenalin starts the juices flowing and the emotions are high between the two. But Jak’s knows she can never be his and the bond that was forged between her and Mace is an unbreakable magic bond. Well written and very entertaining. Will definitely have to get the next book to find out what happens next.

This is an awesome set of shifter books by 11 different authors. They range from sweet and light to heavy and erotic.
Touch of Alpha by Catherine Vale... Denver must choose a mate to become alpha. He knows who he should choose, but his heart has other ideas. Will he choose the one who can make his being alpha easier or will he choose the one who he loves and loves him return.

Pack Justice by Michelle Fox is a BDSM story about two alphas who find out that their girlfriend is is cheating on them. Wolves are not suppose to share, but Sabrina can't choose between them because she loves them both. Will she have to choose or are the alphas willing to share? They will decide but only after a little punishment is dealt.

A Cat's Tale by Melissa Snark... Jared is a werewolf who is trying to get home when he meets a Werecat who drugs him to take to her mistress, a vampire. He is soon plotting revenge against both the Werecat and the vampire. Soon Jared finds himself in love with the Werecat and wants nothing more than to escape and take her with him.

Wild for the Lion by Kristen Strassel... When Daphne and Leo meet, they know that they are mates. There is only one thing that is standing in their way, Daphne is a doe shifter, and Leo is a lion shifter and mating outside species is frowned upon. Will these two survive not only their families but those who are opposed to their love? This book is part of a series and ends on a cliffhanger.

Masked Desire by Crystal Dawn... This book is part of a series that has a continuing theme, but each has it's own HEA. A group of female cousins learn that they are the last of their kind a rare white wolf and each decide never to be with a wolf because of all the problems that can and will probably happen if they do. Each has meet her mate but rejects him out of fear and other reasons. The mates decide to come up with a plan to woo each of them without their knowledge with hopes that the women will fall in love before finding out. They decide to start a new business in which women will be able to have a spectacular night of sex with a stranger and if they both agree them they can meet them later but both must agree. This story is Sue Ellen and Luke's story.

Dragon's Dewdrop by Ruby Glass..This is another awesome dragon shifter story by Ruby Glass. Rochelle is the personal chef to a powerful billionaire who is very mysterious, but also very unpleasant when it comes to her and work. Ecliptic, is not only a dragon shifter, but also a prince, that seems to harbor a resentment to Rochelle and her job as his chef. When Rochelle finds a large number of jewels while she is walking the grounds of the estate she never imagines what her day will become. Ecliptic realizes that he is falling for his chef and decides to do something about it he is also in for a shock. Will the person who is stalking Ecliptic get in the way of what Ecliptic wants or will this dragon Prince get the best jewel of all.

Cat Lover by Selena Kitt... Katie has a huge obsession with cats and her roommate Sebastian just has a obsession with her. When he finds a cat statue he knows that Katie will love it. She believes it will protect her and while it does it also turns her into a beautiful cat goddess. This was a short story that seemed to leave a lot out and open ending

Ravished by the Ice Palace Pack by Ariana Hawkes... This is a story on group sex. Delilah, a wolf shifter, has never seen snow before so when she goes with her family on a trip she sneaks out to go on a run. She is then kidnapped and bought to the Ice Palace to become their queen. The only thing is that she must submit to the desires of not only the Alpha but also his betas. Delilah is intrigued so she agrees. Will she be able to give them what they want to become their Queen?

Harvest Moon by Tabitha Conall.... This is a ménage story that is part of an ongoing series with each story dealing with different couples. Madison and Eli have bad history between them from when they were younger. Eli thought Madison was a snob because when he tried to talk to her she would just walk away and so the picked on her. Madison moved away bit came back to work at the library in town where she runs into Donovan who was one of her few friends deom before. Donovan realizes right away that Madison and Eli are his true mates and that he needs to settle the issues between Madison and Eli so that the can be the triad that they were meant to be. Meanwhile someone is stalking Madison and wants her to be his. Will Donovan and Eli be able to protect Madison from the mad man and become the family they were meant to be?

Getting Bear by Ever Coming... Victoria's car breaks down on the way to spa weekend and she is rescued and taking to the closest town where she meets and is instantly attracted to the mayor and Alpha bear, Bruno. Bruno knows that Victoria is his mate but there are others who are jealous and want them for themselves.

Torment by Alisa Woods... This is the first book in the Dark Alpha series and is the story of Jak and Arianna. Arianna was kidnapped at the age of twenty and forced to mate with Mace the cruel brother of the packs alpha. Jak spends his nights with human women but his hope art belongs to Arianna even though he knows he can't have her. Arianna knows that she must submit to her forced mate but she spends her time thinking of Jak. When Arianna and Jak are attacked and Jak fights and ensures they are safe sparks fly and they must fight their feelings or someone will die. This is a six part serial that is already available or you can get the box set at the end of March.

Heat heat heat

All of the stories in this boxed set are well written. There's something for all PNR readers. I enjoyed each story and found some new to me authors, as well as some authors I already enjoy reading.

Violet wants to help Denver out with his problems and try to keep her heart out of the situation. She knows she doesn't have a chance with him he deserves an alpha female that is not her. Will they be able to work out their problem?

Jak can not stop thinking about Arianna when he knows it wrong to due so. Arianna has never felt about anyone the way she feels about Jak.

Touch Of Alpha by Catherine Vale

New to me author.
Violet dreams of passion with an old flame but Kayla is a bit hyper today and trying to get her attention about something going on. The packs alpha Storm has died and they are set to choose a new alpha.
She knows of a man who would be the perfect Alpha. Denver one of the teachers at the school where Victoria teaches. At one time they were friends but they have since drifted apart. Denver has been put in the hat so to speak for the position of Alpha however with that he must have named a Mate.
When Denver goes to talk to Violet about things he touches her and feels weird. He has always had feelings for Violet even when they were younger but now well what could it be?
This was a great short story. Love ,Romance and Hot passion.

Kane is the Alpha of the Bright Moon wolf pack and one evening while out driving with his girlfriend he pulls over
and walks away. When he returns he mentions something about a guy he met from the Huntville pack having a girlfriend with a mole in the same place as his girl. Well she is caught now for sure as Mason the guy from the Huntville pack comes out of the shadows. Sabrina just couldn't chose between the two. She wants them both.
But what will they think of that? And will Sabrina get her wish?
WOW let me say this is one hot hot hot short story. Loved it.

A Cats Tale by Melissa Stark
New to me author.
Jared has met himself a werecat at the bar he stopped at. He had never been with a werecat but he would damn sure like to be with this one he thinks to himself. Well next thing he knows he is drugged and taken to the home of a vamp. Evangeline has blood slaves which Jared finds out is what his werecat is the vamps blood slave. Jared wants Josephine aka Josie Cat but now he has to find a way out of his dilemma. Josie doesn't have trust in anyone so it takes all of Jareds' strength to get her to trust in him. Can he get his Josie Cat to be his? You know the old saying about dogs and cats. Great short story I enjoyed it.

New to me author.
In this story it's all about you can't help who you fall in love and mate with. Leo is a lion shifter and his mate Daphne is a Doe (Deer) shifter. Life for Daphne can get lonely however as she has no family that will visit her nor can she roam alone up on the mountain top where she and Leo live. The pride do nothing to welcome her infact they do all they can to chase and use her as their meal if they catch her. Leo tries to do all he can for the woman he loves.
This story was very romantic and well written storyline.

New to me author.
In this story we have male wolf shifters who know who their mates are except for one thing. They can't claim because the women want nothing to do with their kind. Well these men come up with a way to make the women they so desperately desire come them. They start up a Fantasy Dating service and everyone wears masks so no really knows who they are getting. As each woman signs up they will have the man of their desires and dreams and hopefully the male will have his mate forever. I enjoyed this short story , very funny and very sexy.

Rochelle is a chef at a beautiful estate for a man who is so drool worthy. He doesn't treat his staff very kind but Rochelle daydreams about the gorgeous man. One day while out strolling on the grounds she comes across jems in the grass she at first think its dewdrops. Rochelle knows something weird is going on as she hears weird noises at night and now the jems show up. Ecliptic is a very rich and powerful man. What some do not know is he is more than a man. He has never wanted to mix business with pleasure with any of his staff yet there is something that pulls him to Rochelle. One day someone threatens to take Rochelle from him and Ecliptic has changed dramatically. Can he save Rochelle? Will she want him when she knows what he is?
Very good dragon shifter book. I am an avid fan of Dragonshifters so this one I really enjoyed.

I was gifted a copy of this book for my honest review.

There are many more stories yet to read in this wonderful, sexy , funny and intriguing boxed set and as I get through them I will update my review further.

Touch of Alpha by Catherine Vale- This is pretty much a full story. Denver has chance to become the alpha the easy way. Rather than taking the easy way to do this to have the “alpha stat”, he chooses to follow his heart. Though the story was short, it was packed full of drama , hear and an awesome heroine and hero.

Pack Justice by Michelle Fox-Sabrina's been a naughty werewolf, dating two different Alpha werewolves behind their backs. Problem is she loves them both. Then these two Alphas get together and believe it is just the two she's been with, they decide to punish her and oh the two guys did, and they did it sooo good. Written so good and its so hot. Would love to read more about them

A Cat’s Tale by Melissa Snark -----Wolf, Vampire and a kitty cat all take the stage in this story. Alpha werewolf Jared is kidnapped by a sexy Siamese werecat who has some help from a vampire and together you have this sexy story.

Wild for the Lion by Kristen Strassel - Daphne is claimed by a lion and now her life has changed. She is learning to embrace her wild side but learning to deal as the only only weredeer against Soldier Mountain's jealous pride is something else. This a very good story and I love this story. Would love to read more in this world.

Masked Desire by Crystal Dawn- Luke has his heart broken by his mate’s refusal to become one with him, to live with him, to accept him and mate with him. He decides to up the ante and plans to lure her into spending a night of passion to change her mind. Great novella about the power of love and the power of not giving up.

Dragon's Dewdrop by Ruby Glass-Rochelle seeming discovery of jewels scattered like dewdrops over her gorgeous employer's lawn, she has plans to profit. In fact, the gems are a sign to her that he's a dragon shifter – so that means he’s going to need her help... this is a good story and I liked the premise. Wish it was a bit longer but overall, loved the ending.

Cat Lover by Selena Kitt
Sebastian and Katie are having relationship issues when her ex shows up to complicate things, but that's the least of their worries, because Katie is finally changing--into something not quite human.—as always, the Ms Kitt writes a great story and these characters will draw you in and wont let go. Loved this story!

The Ice Palace Pack capture a young were-female as part of their winter mating rites. Delilah's never been mated before, but soon learns the pleasures of being shared between so many smoking-hot males—this story is HOT!! Wish it was longer but it does pack a punch.

Harvest Moon by Tabitha Conall
In a world where werewolves mate in threes, wolves Donovan and Eli find their mate in Maddy. But a mad wolf wants Maddy for his own. Can her mates keep her safe before she disappears forever? Another great story by this author.

Getting Bear is a stand alone erotic romance featuring a sexy werebear shifter determined to claim his curvy mate before her time in Greenville is over.—OMG! Loved this story. Wish wish it was longer. Hope to read more stories set in this world.

Desired by Alisa Woods
Shifters live in the shadows of Seattle, from dot-com billionaires to college students. Mia hopes being a shifter won't sabotage her college dreams. Lucas is a broken alpha not looking to rescue anyone… but now he has to keep Mia safe. If only he could keep his paws off her. – this is a good story but I felt like it needed alittle more to the story to keep the flow going. Overall, I liked it but maybe if there was more in length, it would have had more flow going to it.

Rochelle, a chef, has an exceptionally particular and fussy boss!!! Nothing ever seems to please this guy! Little does she know that Ecliptic is a prince and a Dragon and he has had his eye on her for some time.

Cat Lover by Selena Kitt

Fabulous set with something for all tastes. All well written with great characters and of course scorching hot bedroom (and elsewhere!!) scenes!!

I received this box set for an honest review.

Book 1
TOUCH OF ALPHA by CATHERINE VALE - (4 STARS)

Childhood friends that grew apart as life took them in different directions find each other again and discover they are mates. I liked this story. The characters of Denver and Violet were believable and sweet. This is the first time I've read anything by Catherine Vale and I've found the author to be a good story teller. I plan on checking out what else she has written.

Book 2
PACK JUSTICE by MICHELLE FOX - (1 STARS)

Nothing but a sadomasochism short story. No real plot or any character development. Not something I enjoy reading or would pick to read at all.

Book 3

A CATS TALE by MELISSA SNARK - (5 STARS)

I really liked this story about a Siamese cat shifter that is being held captive by a Vampire that forces her to drug and capture a werewolf. I enjoyed this book a lot. I like how one of the shifters was a house cat instead of the usual wild cat. It made for a interesting refreshing twist on a shifter story. I also liked the authors smooth flowing writing style. This is the first book I've read from this author but I can say with honesty that I am now a Melissa Snark fan and will be getting more of her books.

Book 4

WILD FOR THE LION by KRISTEN STRASSEL - (4 STARS)

This book was different. I liked it. The story goes like this - Lion shifter Leo falls in love with Doe shifter Daphne and has to deal with pack prejudices while keeping 3 cougar women from hurting his mate out of jealousy. The author has good writing style and the story flows well. I intend to read more of Ms. Strassels books.

Book 5

MASKED DESIRE by CRYSTAL DAWN - (4 STARS)

Wolf shifter Luke love human Sue Ellen but she doesn't want to be his mate or turn into a wolf. So Luke uses a fantasy date to get her into bed and finally claim her as his. Passionate and well written. I liked it.

Book 6

DRAGONS DEWDROP by RUBY GLASS - (4 1/2 STARS)

This is a really good book. I liked the characters of Ecliptic and Rochelle. He's a hot dragon shifter prince and she's his curvy chef. I love the chemistry between them. Though at times he is brutally harsh with her. The only thing about the book I disliked was that it was way to short. I wanted more interaction between them. More background. I will be checking out the rest of Ms. Glass's books.

Book 7

CAT LOVER by SELENA KITT - (4 STARS)

This book had an interesting twist to it. Sebastian finds a small cat figurine and has it made into a necklace for his girlfriend Katie which turns Katie into a kitty. I liked this story it reminded me of my favorite Batman character Catwoman. The story is well written.

Book 8

RAVISHED BY THE ICE PACK by ARIANA HAWKES - ( 3 STARS)

Though I like this authors writing, this story is really not my kind of book. Young stupid female wanders from her pact, gets kidnapped and is used sexually by the alpha and betas of the Ice Pack.. It's well written but just not my type of story.

Book 9

HARVEST MOON by TABITHA CONALL - (4 STARS)

In this book 2 guys and a girl find out they are mates. M/M and M/M/F Eli and Maddy have a bad past together due to a lot of misunderstands in school. Now all grown up they find out they are mates along with Donovan. Also there is a attempted kidnapping of Maddy to deal with. Good writing and a good story.

Book 10

GETTING BEAR by EVER COMING - (4 STARS)

While passing through town human Victoria gets a flat tire causing her to have to stay over night in a small town where she meets bear shifter Bruno. Good , sweet little love story.

Book 11

TORMENT by ALISA WOODS - (4 STARS)

Wolf Jak falls for his alphas son's mate. Arianna is young, sweet, innocent and forced into a mating that she does not want. Good story with Ok characters.. The characters don't really grab me though I can't really point out exactly why. I just didn't feel it.

Awww! This is the perfect short story! Even though it’s short, it’s packs a punch (pun intended). Catherine has a wonderful writing style that flows with ease. Her characters are strong, wilful and amusing, while overflowing with love. I could easily see her continuing with this.

Pack Justice – Michelle Fox
Whew! You will need the fire extinguisher for this one! HOT! Michelle has given us a very steamy quickie with this.
Sabrina needs to be punished, and wow, what a punishment she gets! What kind of punishment do you think Kane and Mason give her? You’ll just have to read it to find out. But I can guarantee you one thing…you won’t be disappointed.

A Cat’s tale – Melissa Snark
A cute short story with a twist. This had a wonderful plot that had a different take on the paranormal than normal (hehe). The characters are quirky and cute, totally opposite from each other, but that’s what makes them work. The story gives us lessons on trust and fear, yet also shows us love. All in all, a great tale.

Wild for the Lion – Kristen Strassel
Noooo!!!! Cliffhanger be gone! I want the rest of this story! A very short preview of the series, it holds your attention until the end. The only problem was it felt like I only had the chance to read the first chapter of a great book. I guess that means I’ll have to wait for the rest of it.

Masked Desire – Crystal Dawn
Love this! What a great plot to start the series with. Such a well written story, with strong characters who capture your interest right from the get go. Can’t wait for the rest of the episodes. Well done!

Dragon’s Dewdrop
Ruby Glass has a unique way of writing that makes you want to read more. Her stories are soft and romantic, yet have the right amount of everything else to balance it all out, and this book is no exception.
Dragon's Dewdrop has a wonderful plot that is easily followed. The characters are quirky and cute with a whole lot of sexy mixed in. They make you wish you could be in their shoes, whether it be Rochelle or Ecliptic, as they are both fulfilling their fantasies. Once again Ruby, you have hit it out of the ballpark. Loved it!

Cat Lover – Selena Kitt
Wow. This was definitely not what I expected! But that is a good thing. Selena Kitt has taken the paranormal to a whole new level. Sebastian and Katie are college students living together with 15 cats. You’ll have to read to find out what the gift he gives her does, and how it affects their relationship. A great read!

Ravished by the Ice Palace Pack – Ariana Hawkes
What an awesome story. This book is full of excitement, with a dusting of fear, and an abundance of hot sex! What a trouper Delilah is. Great short story that you won’t want to miss. A definite recommend! Loved it.

Harvest moon – Tabitha Conall
I love this one. I am especially fond of the ménages, and this one fits the shoe. What a wonderful story, but it left the door wide open for a book 2. Hopefully the unfinished business will find it’s way to part 2. This has a great plot and wonderful characters that want you to keep reading. Ms Conall has a knack of grabbing your attention and holding on to it for the duration. Loved it and looking forward to the next instalment.

Getting Bear – Ever Coming
Awww! What a cute story. Make sure you have the tissues handy near the end. Read how Victoria and Bruno come together and attack. The question is who is doing the attacking. Great story. A must read

Torment – Alisa Woods
Howling ferociously here! Another cliffhanger. This is part one of a 6 part series. Great opening to the series. It is pretty fast paced with lots of action, control and of course, sex. The characters are strong with lots of appeal. Ms Woods has grabbed my attention enough that I want to read the rest of the series sooner rather than later. Great book

While lately I've been reading more anthologies to discover new authors, the reason I don't usually get into them is because they aren't usually full stories or the author crams so much into so few pages that I can't make heads nor tails of it. This anthology is a mix of complete short stories and parts of full stories, but was still well worth the read. All of the stories have a high heat index.
Touch of Alpha by Catherine Vale
This was actually a full story. Denver has the opportunity to become alpha. Rather than take the free pass that would give him alpha status, he follows his heart. While it was short, the author was able to put in enough for you to get a good feel for the lead male and female. I'll definitely be looking for more to read from this author. 4 stars
Pack Justice by Michelle Fox
While this was more a piece to a whole story, it was very hawt and very well written. You get a full feel for all three characters and are left wanting to read more on them. 5 stars
A Cat's Tale by Melissa Snark
This was my favorite of all the stories in the anthology. Both characters were well written. Jared was a total alpha, able to do what he had to escape and get the girl. Th only problem I had was the female lead. She kept going back and forth on her feelings and reactions and it drove me a little nuts. 5 stars

This was a part in a series. I liked the introduction to both lead characters and the introduction to this world. There aren't too many stories where the couple goes through so much rejection because of a mating. I look forward to reading the rest of this story. 5 stars

This was a full story with a lot of detail. While it doesn't really give her family's reason for her resistance, you get a full look into Luke's determination to claim his mate. I look forward to reading the rest of this story. 4 stars

This was a full story. As with many of Selena Kitt's stories, this one was a bit different but very well written. It was completely in Sebastian's POV, which was great. It reminded me of a Twilight Zone episode. 5 stars

I'm not sure if this can be considered a full story or a part. However there really wasn't much of a plot, just fully on sex. 2 stars

This was a full story with a full plot line. With all of the stories I've read from this author, they are short or in anthologies, but she always manages a hawt story that makes you want to read more from her. 5 stars
Getting Bear by Ever Coming
This was a full story with a full plot line. This story moved really quickly to give you enough to read. You didn't really learn much in regards to the backstories, but mail female was pretty funny to read. Also the miscommunication between the two was pretty amusing. 5 stars

Some of these authors are new to me. So when I saw an opportunity to read some of their work, I took it. Interesting collection of stories. Some I really liked and others were okay. But it a great way to read the authors without having to spend so much on individual books.

I received this book as an ARC from the publisher Excessica Publishing for my honest review. First I would like to say thank you very much for allowing me to review the book.

Now that I have gotten that out of the way I would like to say this book was like the basketball All Star weekend of romance novels. If you can think of a dream team that you would love to put together to make a book this would be a perfect example!

Touch of Alpha by Catherine Vale= Vale starts off strong with this novel. Denver has the chance to be the alpha of his clan but he needs a mate and who better to pick then the one that got away?

Pack Justice by Michelle Fox= Fox brings the heat with this story! Sabrina wants more in the bedroom than what she is getting from her Alpha so she seeks it else where. Unfortunately or fortunately for her she is caught in her little lie and gets punished in the best way possible.

A Cat's Tale by Melissa Snark= Jared is tricked into a dungeon by a sexy Siamese Werecat and to leave he must submit in all kinds of ways his Alpha wolf is not used to. If Jared and his Werecat want to get out of that dungeon alive they must learn to trust and submit to loves pull.

Wild for the Lion by Kristen Strassel= Strassel is not afraid to change things up in this novel and add in a Waredeer making this my first Waredeer experience. Daphne has to fight for her place by her Lions side; when not only his pride but her family are against their union.

Masked Desire by Crystal Dawn= Hot Hot Hot! Luke wants his woman and is tired of waiting her to figure out what she wants. In this book a hot Alpha has to do what he has to do to get his mate!

Dragon's Dewdrop by Ruby Glass= Nothing better than a dominating boss! Rochelle's boss takes being a dragon to a whole new level. He commands what he wants from Rochelle and she aims to please.

Cat Lover by Selena Kitt= Sebastian and Katie take their relationship in this book to new levels. Fortunately for Katie, Sebastian loves every part of her wild side

Ravished by The Ice Palace Pack by Ariana Hawkes= Delilah's never been mated before but if a girl has to try something for the first time Delilah is doing it sooo right! Forget the saying don't bring sand to the beach Delilah learns the benefits of the more the merrier

Harvest Moon by Tabitha Conall= Can I just say that I would love to visit this world where mating is done in 3's at least for 72 hours!! Maddy learns the real meaning of two heads being better that one in this story.

Getting Bear by Ever Coming= Soooo good! I loved this story makes you want to get stranded in small towns everyday

Desired by Alisa Wood= I love every thing about Alisa Woods this book with Mia and Lucas is the perfect way to complete this book!

Not really my cup of tea. Couldn't get into a doe and lion falling in love and the cattiness. It seemed that this is part of a serial, but not the first book.

Masked Desire by Crystal Dawn 5 stars

Loved the premise behind this series! Six guys starting a company just to woo their mates who come from a rare werewolf bloodline. Super hot sex! Can't wait for the next serial!

Dragon's Dewdrop by Ruby Glass 5 stars

Never read a dragon shifter story before, but I loved it! I'll definitely look for more books by this author!

Cat Lover by Selena Kitt

I love Selena's books, but I really didn't like this book. It felt like beastiality and really not my cup of tea. Sorry!

OMG! What a hot book! I've never read a story where there a new alpha's mate got gangbanged by 20 werewolves while he watched!

Harvest Moon by Tabitha Conall 5 stars

I really enjoyed this werewolf ménage book. Two werewolves with one she-wolf. The twist? One mate loved her since childhood but was rejected by her. They must overcome their pain while trying to stop a mad man (werewolf) from kidnapping their mate. Ends with an HEA, but definitely with the possibility of another story.

Good story with lust at first sight that turns into a night of passion and love.

Torment (Dark Alpha, Episode 1) by Alisa Woods 5 stars

What do you do when your mate is mated to a dark alpha? You try your best to protect her and love her. I really enjoyed this book and plan on reading the series.

I haven't read the whole boxed set yet, but so far I am not disappointed and I know the rest will be just as good....Great bunch of authors have come together to give us a plethora of stories.

"Sneaky" just like a kitty and "Lustful" just like a wolf, Josephine and Jared have to really work at trusting each other, but Jared has the hardest part in this, because you have to let the cat set it's pace.
Melissa really knows her cats and she shows it by all the finicky traits Josephine exhibits....She is so untrustful and loving at the same time.....Eventually she trusts Jared just like a real kitty would, right down to the purring!
She is dainty, and the way she swooshes her tail and even raps it around Jared in the throws of passion is enthralling!!! Wolfman, you are a very lucky wolf indeed, not to mention Josie is too!
I also love that the wolf get to use HIS powers on the Vampire instead of the other way around.

Really enjoyed this anthology overall. All the stories were well written and it's obvious the authors have talent and creative minds.

1. Vale- 1 star, characters rambled on.
2. Fox- 3 stars. The female got BDSM, punishment for misleading 2 men.
Melissa- I was on day 2 for Jared. From how the story progresses, I found myself uninterested in reading the rest.
Kristen- Big nope!

I tried, but not wasting my time with any other stories in this. I quit.

I received a copy of this anthology in exchange for an honest review. First let me say that for $.99, it is worth it. Second, I say that because I truly enjoyed five out of the eleven stories, a couple were just not to my reading liking (my problem; not the authors’), a couple were probably mid-series (at least it seemed that way to me and I had not read any of the series), and a couple were just gratuitous sex (and that may be to another reader’s liking so again, no strikes to the authors).

I loved how solid Denver was in Touch of Alpha by Catherine Vale and I really enjoyed the story.
A Cat’s Tale by Melissa Stark was really strange, again imho, however it was a great story!
Masked Desire by Crystal Dawn was a different spin on the one night stand story but it was very sexy and I really liked it.
Harvest Moon by Tabitha Conall was very sexy and I really enjoyed it.
Getting Bear by Ever Coming was a good story and it sounds like there is some backstory there which would be interesting to read as well. Good standalone, though, so no worries.

Touch of Alpha by Catherine Vale

You remember you grandmother telling you “dont count your chickens before they hatch?”
(laughs) Its a short quick fun read, that involves pack politics, ambition and over all making life changing choices. With the old Alpha passing, its time to vote in a new one... You have the one that just make be the alpha the pack needs, you have the empty promises, you have the barely out of school and the one with all the brawn. Then throw in the probably mates...and you have a story that I’m sure you will enjoy.

Pack Justice by Michelle Fox
Well nothing good comes of trying to play both sides in the middle.. And cheating is so not cool, cheating on Alpha wolves should have been something Sabrina thought of before hand. Now she caught, what will pack justice entail? Banishment, Death.. Cant even imagine being in her place.. Um thank you but no. (smiles) another short quick read, with flogger, cane and spreader bar..Oh My!

If you like your alphas with a paranormal twist then this boxed set is for you. I've only read four stories so far and loved them. I will add to my review as I read.

Touch of Alpha: Friends the grew apart now have a chance for more. With Denver in the running for alpha he has to choose a mate. Will he go with obvious choice or will he go with his heart?

Pack Justice: a wolf going with two alphas with out their knowledge not good. What happens when they find out? Punishment most naughty is in store for Sabrina.

A Cat's Tale: This one is my favourite so far. Loved Jared, he's one hot hero with a heart of gold. I wanted to shake Josie a few times, but she learned in the end. Nice story flow and action..

Wild for the Lion: A doe and a lion are mated which is unheard of. Everyone is pretty much against it. Daphne is having her doubts, but Leo is going to whatever he can to prove they belong together especially bringing out their wild side. I'm guessing this is a serial or series because does end on a cliffhanger.

Touch of Alpha
This story was great Violet and Denver were so cute but strong characters. Denver cares about his pak more than himself and that's what makes a great Alpha. Little miss manipulator, Ravenna does a wonderful job of "trying" to manipulate Denver for her purposes. To think that Denver and Violet have spent years apart when they could have been together but it worked out for the best tat way. The way Denver accepts his nomination for Alpha then has to pick his mate is priceless and I wished I was thereto see it.

Pack Justice
Who ever said that you could only love one had wolves in mind, to bad for Sabrina her wolf didn't know. At least she chose two sexy wolves to love. Mason is like a super naughty wet dream in wolf form. Yum! Kane is stable and top alpha male choice for anyone. This was extremely hot that I needed a fan. I would love to see if more happens with them. How does the rest of the pack take it? I need to know.
