✨ARC BOOK REVIEW ✨
4 ⭐️ Woah. This one sent me on an emotional roller coaster. After the cliffhanger Stuck Behind Her left us with, I’m so glad I was blessed with the ARC for this one cause I ran to read it as soon as I saw “to be continued”. I really enjoyed reading TWH more than SBH; the tension throughout the book had me in a chokehold. I was on the edge of my seat, feeling like something was bound to go wrong every single page. As the story progressed, you discover Val’s story and everything her family & her went through. I really felt like I was a part of these characters and wanted them to overcome it all. The emotional depth throughout the story really sold it for me. I could feel Val & Elias’s fear and agony all the way through, and it made me so much more invested in their story. I was hurting for Val and her family so much. I felt sick reading everything her mom & her went through. I loved that Elias was with her every step of the way and his love for her never changed. I was rooting for Val every step of the way. There was one specific part in the story where I was borderline in tears and was on the edge of my seat (iykyk) 😭😭. I’m still mourning my baby Enzo, but I’m happy for Val & Elias. Overall, this was a heartbreaking and beautiful continuation to SBH, and I really enjoyed Elias and Val’s story. 💜🌸
P.S. It will always be even MORE now f*ck Ronald & company…!!!

I CAN'T EVEN STATE HOW THIS BOOK PLAYED WITH ME (in a good way)
THE PLOT TWISTS AND THE CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT WAS INSANE!

TWH is the sequel to Stuck Behind Her, and wow 😭🫶🏻
the tension, the suspense, and the constant feeling that something is about to go wrong kept me turning pages nonstop. i genuinely could not put it down 🧎🏻♀️
what i loved most was the emotional depth of the story. you can really feel the fear, pain, and vulnerability throughout the book, which made me so invested in the characters and everything they were going through. Val absolutely broke my heart, and i found myself rooting for her every step of the way 🥹💔
this book had me hooked from the very first page.
the relationships were another highlight for me. the love, loyalty, and support between the characters felt so genuine and added so much heart to an already emotional story.
the writing feels stronger and the story carries so much emotional weight. it's intense, heartbreaking, and powerful all at the same time 🫠
overall, this was such a great sequel and a beautiful continuation of the story and now i'll be missing my babies (Elias and Val 😔✨🫶🏻) - though one can always re-read 😏🤭
