Rate this book
One billionaire alpha werebear and one scarred BBW who never thought she'd find love...

Curvy, plus size Rachel Kyle is a tough, brave single mom who has long given up on the idea of love. She is genuinely happy for her younger sister, who is getting married to the Alpha of the Silvertip Clan.
Rachel has heard all about Wyatt Lawson, the Alpha's younger brother. Wyatt is a playboy, a charmer, a heartbreaker. Rachel has vowed never to get her heart broken again, but when she meets Wyatt, something sparks and ignites between them.

Something powerful and undeniable...

Wyatt Lawson is a billionaire, an alpha bear and the Beta of the Silvertip Clan. When Rachel and her adorable six-year-old son, Mikey arrive in Ursa Springs for his brother's wedding, he is stunned to find his protective, possessive instincts surging to the fore.
Rachel is his mate, and he will claim what is his.

But when danger closes in on Rachel and Mikey, Wyatt will have to risk everything to protect them.
And he will have to show Rachel that he is the one man worthy to own her heart.

Fell short

This book had so much promise but it feel short with the repeating of thoughts over and over. It also felt rushed. The characters are likeable but I did not feel a connection to them.

I was so glad to see Wyatt and Rachel get their story. Wyatt the playboy scares Rachel and she considers what they have, a one night stand at best. Wyatt has other ideas since she is his mate. Because of his love for Rachel, Wyatt turns into a father figure for little Mickey and a devoted, caring, incredibly sexy bear overnight. Whoda thunk it? He shows his protective side too, when Rachel finds herself in trouble. This series has become my favorite one, since the Mate Series from Natalie Kristen. We have one more brother and I am waiting for that book already. Love Natalie

Fantastic

Owned by the Bear was a terrific story. I loved that Rachel had had such a hard life, with the scars to prove it, but she did not let that change the person she was. I also liked her protective nature, as a mom should be, regardless of her own peril. Wyatt was the perfect mate for her and perfect father for Mikey. Despite his playboy persona, he was really a family man. I am looking forward to reading the next in the series.

Shifter standalone book.

Kindle Unlimited read. His alpha and brother is marring his mate. She's his new sister-in-law. She's a single mother. He cannot help but want her. When he's left in charge of the clan, his new sister-in-law's sister and her son....things heat up and get complicated.

Quick fun read

Really quick read. But really cute and sweet. Wyatt is the playboy brother. Yet when he meets his mate, Rachel..he goes all out to prove to her that he is the perfect mate for her. And it is funny too. Lol.

Love the characters

I love the characters that Natalie writes! The story really showed up about 1/4 of the way in. In the first quarter of the book, she repeated statements and described the same situation multiple times. That being said, I enjoyed the rest of the book.

Absolutely loved the book and this series. I was more disappointed to have it end. I hope Jack's story comes out soon.

Owned By The Bear

I loved how strong Rachel was and she stood up to the old ugly coyote. Their chemistry is so intense and erotic. Definitely recommend reading this series.

Like it but...

Like it but I wish it would have just been written as a series. If so then it would not have been necessary to repeat so much of what happened in the previous book.

Ehhh

Didn't like the repeating of information and all of a sudden they are together, didn't like that there was no substance
