Presley returns home after escaping a controlling relationship and reconnects with Tucker, her late father’s best friend, only to realize her feelings for him never faded. Tucker struggles with his attraction to the woman Presley has become, while outside opinions create drama and tension around their relationship. The romance is spicy, heartfelt, and gives them a truly satisfying happy ending.

The connection and chemistry between these two was good, I liked how they saw each other, and the ease they had. I also liked the way they handled their shared grief, how they shared an interest and were brave enough to be truthful with themselves and each other.
