So far have tried the all purpose rub, magnificent, just the perfect blend of hot and sweet.

The glazed ham was a winner for the entire family, yummy!

The Chicken Cordon Bleu was also a huge success. Loved the idea of using Gruyere cheese and Prosciutto, using Dijon mustard to get the bread crumbs to hold was genius! Very flavourful!

The beer can chicken was smoked for 4 hours and was still moist and delicious, just perfect for dinner at the campsite! A simple recipe, but simple is often the best when you already have the awesome flavour of smoke in the mix!

My bf has not smoked a lot of meat in the past. He started watching YouTube videos and saw this guy and ordered the book. All I can say is we have been eating like kings ever since! They have recipes for dips, their award winning rubs and sauces as well as their winning ribs, chicken, etc. this is our new favorite cookbook.
