Disappointing, at first I was thinking that it was just poor editing ( words without spacing between then) but the charts was also unreadable. But when you finish the pamphlet like chapters and get to the diet plan. There is no recipes and a lot of missing information. At one point it states to eat 1/2 cup Carb B but does not tell you what Carb B is. I would not recommend this book to anyone.
