This was a fun, pleasant, vampire romance graphic novel.
I liked that the main character's friendships and studies continued to play an important part rather than fading once the romance starts, as often happens.

Just as I was starting to say, "This is very nice, but needs more action" some unknown something happened, leaving Book 1 ending on a note if suspense. Nice pacing job, author.
(But terrible from a reader's point of view, because the rest isn't written yet! And the author has slowed down while working another project.)
